space.so much room .comfy beds ensuite bathrooms for myself and my cousin. dogs made very welcome. lovely garden for them.
breakfast ingredients available. kitchen area well equipped TV channels good comfortable seating and nice lighting. everything intact. photo do not do it justice.
Phil gave us all a warm welcome and helped us re a takeaway meal as I didn't want to drive any more .
although on an estate was very quiet

We liked all of the property! We really like the fact that the two bedrooms were so similar, each with their own en-suite, and so it did not feel that one of us had a bedroom that was not as good as the other! And the beds were so comfortable, we slept really well. Extremely clean and comfortable - much better than any hotels I have stayed in. With the added bonus of having somewhere to relax in at night.
As coffee lovers the only thing that we would have liked was a cafetiere!!

V generous welcome pack with bread, butter, jam, tea, coffee etc..
Phil was very welcoming and smiley and could not have been more helpful or understanding. He bent over backwards to accommodate our bar trailer by removing his own cars from his driveway to ensure ours fitted and was safe and was very thoughtful with regard to our work needs of checking in very early. Couldn't fault it..

Very spacious, well-equipped and spotlessly clean apartment. Comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms in both bedrooms. Good location - 10 minute drive to Chesterfield and 20 minutes to Chatsworth House/Peak District. Great host, gave us useful tips on the local area and recommended a fantastic dog friendly bistro pub. Enjoyed the board games and interesting books! Would definitely return

Great place for a family to stay in Chesterfield. Very warm welcome from Phil who’s prepared to go that little bit further to ensure you have a great trip. The apartment was very clean and well resourced and we had a lovely time. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and I appreciated the peace and quiet.
