25 min by bus 43 (closeby) to Disney, Modern apartment, Quiet, large Windows, underground parking

No sink in the toilet, No AC, grass in the lawn needed a cut

Property was near to the Disneyland.

We had an unpleasant experience with this property because of its door lock, which was a smart lock and it was motor blocked two times. First I informed the owner(Romain) while we were leaving the apartment to Disneyland, owner suggested to open it manually(see the photo attached) then I locked door with mobile app it worked. Then we left to Disneyland and we back at midnight. And tried to open the door but it didn’t work.. I tried opening the door many times but was showing motor blocked. I tried calling the owner he didn’t pick up the call. I was with family having ladies and 3 kids. I searched for hotels near to the property but I didn’t find anything because of high demand of hotels in summer. I called the France police but they did not help us.. Then I reached hotel ‘Relai Spa’, receptionist helped us to found out the hotel Novotel 16 km far from the property.. we spent lot of money(400€) due to Hi-tech door system. I struggled with my small kids and got room around 3.30 am . In morning, I got message from owner then told the whole story. He fixed the door by removing the smart door lock. Then he purpose me to refund one day amount because I did not slept in apartment. I provided the account details but he did not see my message the day I left the apartment. I had very bad experience in his apartment. I would never recommend anyone this apartment in my life time. I would recommend to Booking.com to black list his property or just remove which might impact reputation of Booking.com.
