We enjoyed our stay and all of the renovations. The location was perfect to the swimming pool, the beach, and Historic Saint Augustine.

The Place was very clean. The pool was nice. The beach is right past the pool. You just go down the little boardwalk. It was not far at all. The towels were clean. The kitchen was very clean. The hosts were always available for questions with Quick accurate responses. I would stay there again very nice. :)

This condo has been updated and was very clean. We had everything needed! There was plenty of space for our group of five. We especially liked the large private patio with lounge chairs and a grill. The host provided very clear communication on check in/ out procedures and the codes needed. Would definitely stay here again if returning to the area!

We were very impressed with this condo and the location on the beach.This unit was comfortable and pretty. Bedding was also comfty. We had a toilet that the seat came loose on but once we made the managers aware of the problem, they with sent someone to fix the problem within hours.

The property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well equipped. The huge deck was perfect. We would rent this unit again!

Had an amazing time staying at this condo. Perfect gate on back porch for our little dog . Condo Had all that we needed besides some grill utensils ( spatula etc) but we just went and bought some to use. Beach access was really close and convenient. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Definitely will be coming back.

We were in town for the first time for a wedding. Overall, we would definitely recommend this property and consider staying again if we came back. Everything is updated and very modern, crisp and clean. It’s super, super close to the beach and both pools! (We enjoyed the heated pool a lot!!!) The kitchen was extremely well equipped and the condo overall had everything we really needed (except clocks in the bedrooms)! There were plenty of nice quality towels, pillows, blankets, etc. We had a few minor things we had questions about or needed help with and even the customer service was absolutely impeccable! As a personal preference, the beds were great quality, but a little firm and the couch wasn’t the most comfortable. We also would have preferred mirrors in the bedrooms (and a full length somewhere), a dresser in the third bedroom, a few more end tables in the living room and a tad more carpet throughout to make it feel a little more homey. But none of that was a deal breaker. The wonderful location, the awesome property manager and the amazing renovations were enough for us to have a great week and highly recommend it to others!

We had a great time! The apartment was very spacious and updated. It is a few feet away from the pool and beach. The location is perfect. It is about half a mile away from a publix supermarket and about 10 min away from historic downtown Saint Augustine. Overall awesome time and place.

Great spot to stay, recently upgraded so was slightly different than description. Not in a bad way, much improved from photos.

We had a last minute change in our vacation plans & this condo provided exactly what we needed! TVs in all 3 bedrooms, plenty of bathroom space & a fully stocked kitchen. The back patio is right by one of the two pools & beach access walkway. It was easy in & out and felt safe overall! Seeing lots of turtles, lizards & a couple little snakes outside made it even more fun for our little boy!

The property was great close to the beach access and easy in and out. The hosts are easy to contact and helpful. Only thing I would recommend to the host, a hose out back would be an asset

From the time we were ALLOWED to enter 3:59pm we Lost Electricity Cable Did Not Work Promised $50 credit(NEVER RECEIVED) Left Chromecast and called while on way home to retrieve it(NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING) First time using VRBO and this place... will be the last time!!!
