The property was perfect for us. We had 8 ladies. The layout of the home with the 2 separate living areas was fantastic. Check in/out was clear and easy. The walk to downtown was super quick. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

Me and my 4 siblings spent 3 nights. We found the accommodation to be excellent and greatly exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, well equipped and organized such that everything was easy to operate. I am very used to staying in high end properties so I feel that I have reasonable experience to judge good accommodations. The photos describing the property do not come close to giving it credit. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Aesthetically the property was amazing and decorated very nicely with an elevated feel. The outdoor area was perfect for an outdoor dinner and evening by the fire. The guest houses allow for some privacy and space for the group. The house is about a 10 minute walk from Main Street which was nice and very convenient for our group. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful set up, nicely decorated, well stocked and close to Main Street. We had 4 couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. The firepit under the pavilion was a great place to end each day. All of the wives fell in love with the décor and were sending pics to all the kids. You could walk to main street if you wanted as it is only a few blocks away. We will definitely be back for more wine tours.

We loved this house! The attention to detail was definitely one of our favorite things about it. It has been beautifully updated and fit our group of 8 perfectly. The backyard is beautiful, a perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings!

A girls trip in the perfect location. Spacious, comfortable, seating area to sit and chat was perfect. We might even come back here with spouses next time because there’s plenty a room for everyone.

The home is fabulous with plenty of entertaining and relaxing spaces. It’s beautifully decorated and extremely well appointed. We lacked for nothing, our stay was perfect.

Booked this property for a 1 night stay after seeing it on VRBO and we were all super impressed. What started off as a girls only trip ended up including our spouses so it was a mixed group of 4 couples and our single girlfriend and we really wanted to find a space where we could have our privacy but still maximize the time we spent with each other. The commune aspect with the 2 guest houses was a unique layout and could not have been more perfect for our group. The facilities were clean and appear recently renovated. All the bedding was freshly laundered and it had every amenity we needed including tableware, towels for bathroom and spa, multiple throws etc. Such a beautifully decorated property also w a unique bright and coordinated “opalhouse” look in each area (Target decor line). Chic and comfortable aesthetic w bold colors. Loved that there were enough bathrooms for everyone and a variety of common spaces Firepit and spa is a nice plus but due to the drizzly weather we didn’t use the spa. Communication w the property manager was great, they were prompt and attentive to our needs. Would love to rebook on a future trip here.

Our group enjoyed walking the neighborhood, grilling, games in the backyard, and relaxing in the hot tub after our three days of golf. The additional outdoor kitchenette (without cooking appliances) was a nice added bonus. There was plenty of privacy for each couple. We appreciated the ample parking as we had five vehicles. All fit on the driveway. The property was ready at our time of check-in, and they made it easy when it was time to leave. We would definitely consider staying there in the future. Thank you for making it easy to enjoy our friends company during our golf tournament.

This house was amazing! It was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The beds were so cozy and comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would definitely stay here again!

This property is so lovely that I am already planning additional trips to Fredericksburg so that I can stay here again and bring more friends. It provides so many options for sleeping and relaxing.
