We loved the condo! We love being able to have a short walk to dinner or the beach. Having the windows open and the ocean breeze filling the house. We were convenient to everything. It was a wonderful trip.

This is the ideal place to spend a few beach days. Great location, 10 minutes walk from restaurants, shops and the pier. 5 minutes down the hill to the beach and strand. Nice views from the upper balcony, the only drawback being the electricity wires spoiling the view a little, but that is almost everywhere in the beach communities. The house itself is great, comfortable beds, spacious kitchen and living room. Especially quiet considering your surrounded by other people. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to come back.

We had a great stay. The place is wonderful, minutes from the beach, and a short walk to the Manhattan Beach shops and restaurants. House is well appointed and spacious. Owners are terrific and have everything ready for you (towels, linens, coffee). The pictures tell the story. We plan to stay here again!

We stayed for two weeks over our son’s college spring break. The location was ideal, a couple blocks from the beach and a short walk to the center of town. The unit was just as described / pictured and fit us really well. Ability to park in the garage was really convenient. Our hosts Josie and Punit, who live in the other half of the building, were very nice and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Very happy with the location by the beach. Nice size bedrooms and the living space was lovely. There were some questions regarding the heater and the bathroom drainage that were resolved by the owner within minutes via texting. Good place to stay with friends and family. The 1/2 bath on the LR and kitchen level is a great addition. The dining table was large and can accomodate 8 adults comfortably.

We came to visit my son who is a freshman at Loyola Marymount and my daughter who lives in Long Beach. I think Manhattan beach is the nicest location I have been in California this far. The condo was perfectly located. A short walk to shops and restaurants. The Strand was a long walking/jogging path along the beach which was a nice surprise for me as I have struggled to find places to run without traffic. It was great to have a parking spot in the garage as well. We have had some tight parking in the past so we rented a jeep and it was the perfect size to get in and out. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay.

This property was as advertised, and great price. Lovely, airy place with all the amenities, comfortable beds, beach equipment provided. Cool breezes from many sliding doors, windows, and balconies. The host was excellent, responsive, easy to communicate with, and kind & generous when severe weather caused us to have to alter our plans. Highly recommend; we plan to visit again soon!

We had a wonderful two nights in Manhattan Beach. Came down from Seattle to take our 14 and 11-year old boys to the Arsenal and Barcelona soccer game at Sofi. Didn’t have to rent a car. Easily Uber’d from LAX to the house and from the house to Sofi. Walked on numerous occasions to hit the beach and restaurants. Super convenient location. Wonderful home with plenty of space. Very clean. We would rent this property again in a heart beat.

Location leaves nothing to be desired…walk to beach, shops, restaurants, parks. Property is clean, airy, and full of all comforts of home. Ocean and sunset views from spacious living area and balconies. Thoughtful and lovely touches like fresh cut flowers and chocolates. Thank you Josie and Punit for a stay to remember. Hope to be back!
