Nothing.. this was a scam. They took my money then asked for 2 times the price of the booking as a deposit. But only after I'd already paid the non refundable cost of the apartment. I'm utterly furious

Everything... this was a scam. The staff were terrible with communication and the host company isn't the company advertised as the host company.. as a matter of fact the named host company do not manage this property anymore and don't have this property on their portfolio. Avoid at all risk

The fact that on the listing it states you need to pay a breakage deposit but you don't know the amount unless you scroll right to the bottom to realise this deposit is £500 cash that would be returned within 14 (yes14 ) days. after waiting for 1 hour in a cold courtyard for almost an hour i finally manged to contact someone via 3 other people. Then was sent a Whatsapp by a guy called Vlad asking me to do a bank transfer for the £500 cash or they would not give me check in details. No option of credit card. therefor I did not pay and did not stay at the property and as yet had no offer of any part/full refund which is not only disgusting but unbelievable that Booking.com would endorse this kind of behaviour

"This is a wonderful apartment in a great area of London.

The location to the tube station . Luckily a man names Reese was able to email me the link so we could enter the property.

No correspondence from staff about key numbers so we had to wait until 4:30pm to check in. 1.5hours after check in time . I kept messaging them to inform them that the link they are providing does not come through but had nothing back. Had to sit in the bar next door with all our luggage after a 3 hour journey. When we did get in at 430, we had to rush as had something booked on the other side of London for 6. Flat described as pristine , but was dirty, back door didn’t lock, chairs in dining area were scabby, dust everywhere in bedroom, kitchen cupboards peeling , carpet coming up, remote in living room doesn’t change Chanel, light for bath doesn’t work (one of reasons I booked was because it had a bath) shower head doesn’t stay on the holder so had to hold head to wash, £500 deposit needed in order to stay, passage way has no light so coming home late we had to try and navigate through the dark , causing me to fall and hurt my neck and shoulder/arm. Front door key was in the door and the key safe open with the safe code on when we eventually got to our room. Couldn’t get hot water Sunday morning so had to use cold . VERY loud at night as people standing in the lane all night .

Great location and excellent value for money. This place is as described - a great value 1 bedroom / studio apartment in the City. It's 1 minute's walk from Liverpool Street station, which makes it perfect for anyone arriving into London at Heathrow or Paddington. Fantastic Eatery nearby, and one of the best breakfast venues in London just outside your door. Supermarkets are also very close for those who want self-catering. Bed very comfortable. Soft towels. Enough shampoo and shower gel.

Check in instructions MUST be read and watched, otherwise you'll get very annoyed when things don't work (it probably because you didn't read / watch the instructions!). No-one around to ask - thankfully there was a kind neighbour! Light not working at the main gate or the downstairs entrance. Lift not working so we had to walk up 3 flights with bags. Door intercom not working. Rug in living area very dirty. Limited cutlery in apartment, No coffee machine. Nothing in cupboards. No printed instructions in apartment - you have to use the link they send you to know how anything works. No 'extras'; e.g. no extra blanket. This place is 'basic'. Don't expect too much - you will be disappointed if you do. Did not appreciate being asked AFTER booking for a £500 security deposit.

I like the independence and privacy during stay. Every thing neat and clean. Almost all items of use were available.

Seats on the sitting room need cloth cover as these were though clean but appear to be dirty due it's age or color. Darkness in entry corridor perticularly when some one checkin little in the evening like me, find the place hard to fined.

Other than no WiFi and unable to work out the cooker, the accommodation was fine. Loved the location for our trip, everything close by.
