Overall cleanliness of home was fantastic and well supplied. The ice cream was a bonus for my 40th Birthday. Thanks for that! Comfortable and close to Dayton attractions, mainly for the Air Force Museum and Dayton Aviation Park. Definitely felt homely and safe indoors, perfect place for that reason.

What a great location and well maintained home. Everything we wanted to do was easily accessible from the location. The house was super clean and well stocked. We will definitely stay here again when in the area Super great communication with host.

The house was cozy. We stayed here during a church camp meeting. We had a great stay.

3 70yo+ cousins met here. It was 10 minutes to the airport and less than 20 minutes to the reunion. We thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream Friday evening.
Please consider adding a grab bar or two in the tub/shower and handrails in the stairway downstairs. 2 of us with bad knees were too hesitant to go downstairs without a rail to support us.

This home was SO Comfy and Clean!! ✨️ It was perfect for our needs with the 2 bathrooms and spacious basement area. We will definitely be back to stay here again! Thank you for the ice cream!

House was perfect for what we needed it for. The basement is cozy and the house was very clean. The location is not the greatest but it is close to alot food and such.

Very clean and nice. The ONLY challenge was lack of hooks in the bathroom and it was tight. Older house that had been nicely renovated

My stay was great. Great job of renovation and updating the property!
One one thing... The compression shower rod in the lower bathroom will not stay up. I would suggest a permanently mounted rod (like the one in the upstairs bathroom) to solve that problem.
I would definitely stay there again.

Marian Is a wonderful host. Quick response. Everything we needed to enjoy graduation weekend from Dayton. Ice cream treat a bonus. Very clean and decorated super cute.

I booked this property to cook for 51 drumline members for World Championships at WGI. The proximity of the kitchen to the door was an absolute game changer! The house was spotlessly clean and the bed and pillows were exactly what I needed after 16 hour days. I would absolutely stay again and, fingers crossed, this location will be available again next year. I highly recommend this property and this amazing host!

Myself and two friends booked this property to attend the WGI World Championships. After a long, stressful season of coaching three teams, we needed to unwind and enjoy some time together as friends and take in the beauty that is our sport and this property was perfect for us. Clean, nicely furnished, and perfectly located! Loved every minute!!

The home was very clean and cozy. The owner provided very thoughtful items that travelers often forget to bring. The beds were very comfortable and were loved the Christmas decorations. Although it is on a busy/main street-we felt safe with minimal noise.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the property is spacious and you have everything you need. Close to the freeway, so easy to get on and off. Will be our choice for stays when in this area. Highly recommend!

The home was clean and well furnished. Nice place to spend the night while visiting the Air Force Museum, which is what we did!

The property is well taken care of, very clean and welcoming. Decorated immaculately, stocked with amenities, and even though it's so close to the interstate it is still pretty quiet. The full basement is a huge plus with teenagers they had their own living area. The host is super nice and very attentive. Will definitely book again the next time I visit family.

Back home for a quick visit with family...and felt right at home in this nicely decorated and wonderfully equipped home. Amenities in the kitchen, comfortable beds, large flat screen TV's, two bathrooms, extra family room in the basement, and etc. allowed us all to relax, The home's owner was easy to connect with...and property was fairly priced. Though it was on a busy road, the home was quiet and comfy!

We were in town for the Dayton Airshow and this place was nice and close to the airport!

The house itself was extremely comfortable and well appointed. The finished basement with bathroom & laundry was great to have. The kitchen had a countertop ice maker and hot/cold water dispenser. They also kindly left us a gallon of ice cream and cones. The dining area had a little coffee bar area with k-cups. Overall the house was great! It’s also conveniently very close to highway 75. The only downside was being on such a busy street and having no outdoor seating. If they got an outdoor patio table with chairs that would be perfect!

Flies fly and very noisy as if you were sleeping in the middle of the highway ., you won't be able to see YouTube when I asked for a password it said it was private,not recommended…

The property was easy to find, and located on the main road. The owners took care to clean and decorate the property beautifully. It was wonderful to enjoy the whole house, and the host made sure all amenities were there. So happy I made this choice for our stay!

The house was perfect for me and my 2 sons. Super cute and very clean. Very close to I-75. The owners were very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay there again!
