This is a beautiful place and is indeed very close to the beach. The property manager is very responsive to detail and any issue that comes up. The only issue might be that if one is elderly or at all infirm there are 34 stairs to the master bedroom. There is, however, a full bath on every floor and one could choose to stay on the bottom floor. The kitchen is 17 steps up from there.

This was the perfect place to stay for our getaway of 5 people. The price point was great, Unit was very clean and updated, and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. It is maybe a 3-4 minute walk to the beach so I would suggest bringing a cart to carry your supplies down. Overall it was excellent!

The refrigerator needs new parts or should be replaced. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The beds however were good. The property management staff did their best to resolve sone issues. They were able to get us a new bbq and charcoal. And new chairs for the patio. They also did some painting of the staircase where the paint had pretty much flaked off and left a sticky feel to the wood. They responded quickly and we appreciated that. There are a lot of stairs as there are three levels but the space worked well. In our view the unit needs updating.

Everything was great. Exceed my expectations. Very quiet great location. There is 2 flight of stairs tho!!

Except for being locked out of the garage, very good experience. They do not give you a key to the garage and they failed to have it unlocked from inside the house. Since the check in was at 5:00, we had to wait until the next morning to have it unlocked.

The HVAC system did not provide proper heat, the kids room was an icebox and was not used. They provided all tv subscriptions so our evenings before bed was great. Everything was clean when we showed up. My only suggestion is that this property deserves a decent gas grill, the little cheap charcoal grill just doesn’t cut it.

Great property and great experience from Harmony Beach Vacations.

The house was well thought out for guests. Lots of outlets, strong wifi, soap for bathrooms, towels for the beach. The house was also tastefully decorated without extra things to move out of the way. Close to the beach, A/C worked perfectly, very quiet area, we loved it!

The dryer was not working & we had 8 adults with dirty bathing suits & towels everyday. We didn't get answers back & they had to know this has been out. It didn't happen within hours of the people leaving before us. We were not offered anything back either.

It’s far enough back from Scenic Highway to eliminate most traffic noise, and close enough to the beach to make it an easy walk. The unit has always been clean upon our arrival, but this year it was exceptionally clean. The Harmony Beach staff always provide great customer service. We not only would recommend both unit 901 to our friends and relatives, but we have done just that. Everything we needed: shopping, groceries, restaurants, golf, are a short walk or a short drive away..

The property was in a great location it was walking distance to the beach also the property was very clean

The property was as advertised, clean. check in was good, we did have one small problem with Wi-Fi but it was fixed in a timely manner. A lot of steps for elderly or if you have a bad knee . We did find long dark hair on one of the bathroom floors. Nice pool but to cold to swim in the month of February.
