The house is located on the most beautiful, peaceful lake; it was just perfect for our family gathering. The teens and adults truly enjoyed it! There was so much space in the house that we never felt crowded. And the interior is so beautifully decorated. We would LOVE to stay here again! And it’s only 15 minutes from the Ark Encounter. Wonderful trip!!

Stayed for 5 nights with 4 of our grandchildren. Great proximity to Ark Encounter. Wonderful home on a small lake. Home is not new, but has been remodeled. Very clean (and I’m OCD clean!), comfortable beds, all amenities. Had a couple of unforeseen issues that homeowners took care of immediately. Communication was always immediate. We would gladly stay in any property owned by Nick & Nancy. Williamstown is very small, so restaurants are limited. Be sure to try Beans (best sausage gravy and biscuits ever) and the great burgers at Hansie Flip Burgers.

What a great place to stay! There was plenty of room and close to where we were going. I would highly recommend this home. The owner was amazing and responded to our questions quickly.

House was clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time here and used it as a jumping off point to visit the Ark, Creation Museum, and Buffalo Trace Distillery. Hosts were great and communicative. I would recommend this for anyone looking to stay in the area.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic property, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is not only updated with modern decor but also equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped, making our meal preparations a breeze. If you're looking for a perfect place for a multi-family gathering, especially around the holidays, look no further. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate, and we are immensely grateful for the memories we created here. Highly recommend!

The home was absolutely gorgeous! There are two bedrooms on the main level, each with a king bed. One was higher than the other which accommodated old knees. There was a large room upstairs that houses 4 full size beds with room to spare. Downstairs houses large room with 2 full size beds, for a total of 8 beds. The kitchen is awesome with a 6-burner gas stove and any accessories you need. There was even salt and pepper, cooking oil, ziplock baggies, sugar, and coffee. There’s an ice maker downstairs that makes pellet ice. The smart TVs were easy to consent to, to watch whatever we wanted to. The home is airy and spacious. The beds are soooo very comfortable. There are throws available in the living areas to curl up with. We were already making plans to come back with the rest of the family. Communication with the owners was very easy.
