Oda gayet güzel ve temizdi. Çalışanlar çözüm odaklıydı. Taleplerimiz karşılandı, yardımcı oldular. Konumu old town a yakın fakat biraz ara sokakta kalıyor.

Konumu, imkanları, temizliği, ihtiyaç anında ilgili kişilere ulaşılabilir olması, fiyatı, rahatlığı. Ve daha bir çok yönüyle yaptığımız tercih için bizi çok memun bırakan tesis oldu :) Planlarımızı değiştirdik ve konaklama süremizi bir gün uzattık o konuda da yardımcı olmak için ellerinden geleni yaptılar.

I stayed here for a couple of days and everything was perfect. The location is great because you can walk to the main attractions in Sarajevo. The accommodation was clean and very comfortable and the owner was friendly and always happy to answer all my questions. I’ll definitely come back

Great experience at Villa Basamak. A wide selection of teas or coffee for the morning, and the room is super close to the main downtown area. Not only are the rooms very comfortable, but the host Mirza is very friendly and responsive if you need anything.

It is a little difficult to find at night. The entrance is on the stairs at the end of the street. Mirza gave good directions as soon as I called. Expect to pay cash for everything in Sarajevo, including this hotel room—an inconvenience, but not bad.

The place is very well located, within minutes you are in the city centre. It is very clean and looks great. The host is very responsive and was even so kind to pick us up at the bus station on a rainy evening, after a very ling trip, we were very grateful!

The location was great, very close to the old town and all the cafes, bars and restaurants. The apartment was absolutely lovely and very modern decorated. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful, too. They provided help with tourist attractions, major sightseeing tours and activities as well as further recommendations.
