We stayed one night due to flight Cancellation and it worked perfectly. Your close to alot of food bars and club and the beach. The bed is soft and comfortable. There is bar inside the hotel also. A really nice size. I would definitely come back

Spend two nights and everything was just a footstep away, if you are someone that is looking for a getaway with friends this is the place to be with in walking distance.

Amazing place so peaceful and quiet close to Orient Bay. Thanks to Cindy and Yahaira from the front desk for making our stay a more pleasanr one.

Our stay @ RI La Terrase was very relaxing. Our room was a corner unit overlooking the garden terrace, Maho Beach, take-off end of the runway, and the main street. Our room was impressively quiet. They have excellent double insulated windows & balcony doors. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed for making a meal. The pool with the surrounding terrace garden are well kept. The gentleman @ the front desk was very professional and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

I enjoyed my stay few minor things
The bathroom really needs a renovation , it’s outdated and the water in the toilet was yellowish not clear , also the moisture in the room is annoying if you don’t keep the air purifier on the floors sweat along with walls tables etc . Quiet pool area which is awesome but the little bar near it didn’t open til 3-4pm , nice spot but I’ll just spend a bit a more and stay across the street

Pros: Right on a strip-Very spacious- Nice view from 4th flr up- Cleaning people are very quick- Good customer Service
Cons Sister property is better- Doesnt face the beach- old building-people live there so everything associated with building closes early

My stay with this property was amazing. The view was breathtaking. Watching the planes fly by. Lots of options to eat. The beach across the street. The surpermarket on the ground level. The bus stop infront of the building.

You cannot get a closer hotel with their pool overlooking the airplanes arriving and departing over Maho Beach. Enjoyed the view thoroughly! The pool area had plenty of lounge chairs with umbrellas and the pool water was clean and a comfortable temperature.
We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit with all balconies overlooking the pool area and the well-maintained gardens. The units were quite outdated but were comfortable enough for our 3 night stay.
It is also located right next door to the largest casino on the island. There were also several restaurants within walking distance.

Such a great, friendly place! From the start, when the front desk staff checked status of my room and let me check in early to the excellent balcony and friendly other guests. Plus, the hotel is so close to Maho Beach and all the restaurants and activities near Maho. Not to mention being right across the street from the airport. A plane spotters dream location. But nice insulated windows and doors means you don’t hear any noise when inside. A great three star hotel! I will be back!

I switched to this property after having an unpleasant experience at another property in the area.
Making the move was a breath of fresh air. The best part, aside from being in walking distance to so many great eateries, was the proximity to Maho Beach. I was able to sit on my terrace and watch the planes landing.
I would definitely recommend this property if only for the spectacular view.

Amenities and condition of the property were very nice. Loud music from the late night bar on the first level could be heard from our room until 2:00 am, which wasn't pleasant with trying to sleep. Enjoyed having Maho market close by for shopping. Would have enjoyed a few other restaurants near by. Pool area and garden was beautiful but the hot tub wasn't very warm. Watching planes land and take off never got old from the balcony by the pool and from our balcony.
