It is in an excellent location and they responded the following day with some missing items.

Scruffy, and rough around the edges (see images on walls when we arrived). Things like cups were left unclean in the storage. Finished up bottles of washing up liquid and insufficient loo roll left at the apartment, which makes it awkward if you're there for several days. They did respond to the request though by the following day. Probably not somewhere you want to go for a 'nice' stay.
