NOT A THING DO NOT BOOK WE ARRIVED TO A BUILDING THAT ISNT EVEN A THING NO MORE

We found out it’s closed down 6 months ago they have robbed are money tried to call them but they didn’t answer the phone I have wasted £81 of my hard earned money I’m very devestated

absolutely NOTHING.....we couldn't gain access !!!!!

we couldn't gain access to the property. the owners/ staff never arrived...we sent numerous emails days before our arrival date, and phoned several times days before our arrival. we ended up having to cut our trip away short & making alternative arrangements.....I've requested a refund but as yet.......NO RESPONSE, SHOCK !!!!!!!

Owner confirmed the booking, but never gave us the keycode and we had to book elsewhere, booking.com refunded the money paid fortunately, I believe they had double booked

The size of the rooms were good

No toilet roll provided No tv unless you can use your own WiFi Dirty sheets on beds One bed had an unusable mattress No toilet seat in ensuite Only two towels for 3 people Used condoms on area (a small rooftop) outside main window, owners/cleaners would be able to reach them No bin to put rubbish in Broken/missing fittings plus a wire hanging from ceiling where a light was missing Avoid Contacted owner regarding most of the above, was told someone will come over with toilet paper but nobody turned up and all other messages were ignored Asked if possible to move apartments but that was ignored too

The apartment has a nice space if the other issues are resolved it would make a great place to stay.

There was no toilet tissue or plates the floors and worktops were all sticky, there was a spilled beer can in a draw.

Seemed clean but had a smell

Sent text in day giving me code for apartment 7. When I got there was no key in box, instead sent to a different apartment that smelt. Tried calling but no answer. I ended up booking something different.
