The property was clean and very well done. The kitchen was set up with all the required items. The hosts were very cordial too.

The home was very well stocked. The host had put a lot of thought into what a guest may need during their stay. It was very very clean and the decor was fabulous. It’s close to restaurants and grocery stores. We had snacks and drinks waiting when we arrived. There is even a nice washer and dryer.

Roy’s guest house was built with a lot of thought and love put in! It’s very homey, chic, and extremely clean! Providing a little snack basket and providing waters (and 2 seltzers!) in the fridge was very thoughtful and welcoming. I’m genuinely impressed with the whole house and we had an excellent stay! Bed was very comfortable. Great location to the Kia Center for our concert. We felt safe and had great privacy which we appreciated. We will definitely pick Roy’s guest house to stay next time we are in town!

Very little to not like! It was awesome! I guess if I had to nit pick, I’d recommend having a TV in the bedroom and curtains to help block the sunlight in the morning.

Clean, beautifully decorated, wonderful check in and out process, and conveniently located for Winter Park businesses.

Loved everything about it, down to the details

Nothing I didn’t like.

I liked EVERYTHING about this delightful property. It is absolutely perfect! Location was ideal, loved the decor and attention to detail by the owners. Very easy to access, instructions sent timely prior to check in. Highly Recommend 100%!!

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that my stay was too short!!
