This was our first time visiting Saint Augustine, and we wanted to be close to the beach in a nice size condo with access to a pool. This place definitely delivered! It was very clean and had all the kitchen supplies that we need for the week. The beds were very comfortable. Because half the week was rained out due to hurricane Debby, I reached out to the host to see about staying an extra day and he was very quick to get right back to me. If we ever make it back to Saint Augustine, I would definitely consider staying here again!

The location was perfect for doing all we sought to accomplish.We would reccomend the owners invest more in the kitchen, particularly silverware, place settings and cookware, were adequate but in short supply. The only issue we encountered was lack of parking in the lot after we returned from fireworks in town. There were many vehicles that had no passes or were given extra passes that occupied spots for paying guests. We found space but it wasn't designated.Overall we loved it!

The kitchen is fully stocked and has new full sized appliances. The patio also has nice comfortable furniture. Paul, Shawn and Kelly at Resort Rentals are a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed our 2 month stay and have reserved it for next winter.

Great condo, beautifully renovated with plenty of storage space. Beds are very comfortable. The condo needs more kitchen dishes. We were family of 5 and had to run dishwasher after couple meals.
