First room was dirty and smelled second room was clean but much smaller then the room i had reserved not very happy

There was long black hair on the toilet, the shower and on a “clean” towel. That was the second room after we asked to be moved from the first one. The bed was nice and the service was acceptable.

Apparently this motel is not for travelers but for the unhoused population. There were many people drinking/smoking/sharing needles in the parking lot. Questionable people all around… maybe prostitutes? The room was dirty and stank of smoke. The front desk guy was yelling at some guy checking in while I used the kiosk. He pushed the guy out the door. The bed was like sleeping on concrete. It was loud. A big homeless population park in the Cracker Barrel parking lot next door. Dog crap everywhere.

After a long moving trip we spent 3 nights while looking for a new home. Happily surprised at the included kitchen area, table with 2 chairs and larger refrigerator. Check in staff very helpful and supportive. 2 blocks to Walmart and next door to Cracker Barrel. Was provided with good parking option for our U-Haul. We were very grateful for the nice room and low cost.

Really large room and kids loved the bunk bed.
I liked it attached with kitchen.

No side table lights. Ceiling lights only.
There were some dirt or coffee spill mark? On the bathroom door.
Bathroom was clean, but the bottom of the toilet bowl had brown spot… that almost looked like not clean.
It’s a good place to just sleep and leave. Not bad deal for the price.

Location was good a little noisy with highway and train the room was clean but the television did not work the desk attendant tried to fix it but it had no volume control worst yet the remote would not turn it off had to unplug it to turn off. Disappointed not much else to do in the when on travel.

We booked the studio apartment with the hopes to use the kitchenette with the intentions of using it. There is no single glass, plate or knife, nothing. The room was spacious and had a full size fridge, which was nice.

Location is good and easy access, room was clean, remote check-in with a kiosk was different experience. Bed was not comfortable and sliding on the ground. There was no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. When we called the reception, they said that we cannot bring it, you come and get it.

I did not stay, I booked it for the pool but the pool was green and moldy. They also wanted to charge me more for a bottom floor room even though I booked a King size bed they claimed the 2 beds rooms cost more. I loooked online and 2 beds rooms were cheaper than the king size. Also Hotels.com says $10 a night for dogs. They charged me $10 a night a dog even though one of my dogs is a service dog!

There was an argument between an existing guest and front desk man during check in. Check in is through a digital kiosk. My full amount with deposit was posted and refund has not been posted yet. Traveling with a registered service dog. The staff did not know what an ESA (emotional support dog) was. I gave them both my dogs ESA and service dog numbers. Room floor was sticky and had food on the floor when we walked in. I let the front desk know and I wiped the floor with used towels before we left. Im a fan of leave it better than you got it. I’m not a picky person and it was just a place to lay our heads for the night. I hope the deposit will be posted but as of 5 days later it has not happened. There was a feeling of unsafe with others staying there and smoking right out side the doors. Unfortunately I will not be staying at this establishment again. When traveling with a baby, wife, and service animal I would find a better establishment to spend my money on.

The water pressure was strong -in the shower. mattress was comfy, but bottom sheets did not fit. AC was loud and basically was hot/cold. Floors were very dirty and you had to wear shoes to keep your feet from turning black. Location was convenient. Price was good. It was nice to have a kitchenette, but the fridge opened the wrong way and it was hard to access. It was not too bad, but you could hear sounds above you when staying on the lower floors.

The room was dirty. The bathroom had half a roll of toilet paper. No hotel toiletries. The shower had a slow drain. The blinds were broken and DIRTY. The one chair in the room was completely spotted dirty and had hair on it. The small kitchen had nothing at all in it. The pool was discolored green in poor condition. And there was dirty socks on the table, dirty socks on the staircase. And the metal piece on the door just fell off when we opened the door.

Lots of rif raf around the property and people standing around outside the rooms smoking or being over noisy of what you are doing. Lots of garbage by the stairs that hasn't been taken to the dumpsters. Room wasn't the cleanest hair still in tub and around toilet.

This was the absolute worst experience I ever had with the hotel. They changed my room three times because of how nasty they were the owner and I looked at four more rooms to try to find a clean one. We could not finally at nearly 1 o’clock in the morning, after arriving at 10 I decided to take one of the rooms went to Walmart. Bought blankets to cover the bed and went to sleep.

Staff very friendly and the room was nice and clean. It has a kitchenette, however no plates pots utensils. We were not told the office has some to loan out, so we bought at Walmart.

I checked in and left not even 5 minutes. The sheets in the first room were dirty and than when they gave me a different room one of the sheets on the beds has what looked like blood stain. I’m still trying to reach Expedia about a refund for this booking. I will never go there, nor I recommend it to anyone.

Our room was clean, however upon checking in, the person at the front desk was very rude. Took an extra deposit that was not stated when booked. The property was covered with vagrants, dogs running loose, trash everywhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Worst lumpy mattress ever. Demanded an extra $100 deposit on top of room price for any potential damage or theft which the bank does not return for 7 days. Reputable hotels don’t have this policy. Very unfriendly manager. Worn out tired property with no recent upgrades.

It's just a place to crash between Grand Canyon and Sedona, nothing more nothing less.
