- Hotel location was excellent very close to many attractions and there is bus station just 2 mins walk. - The area of the hotel is in Ortakoy which in 13 min from bebek and Taksim by bus. - We stayed in room 102 was spacious and bed was comfortable. - the housekeeping staff was nice, friendly and always wearing a smile. - Easy access to many areas.

- Noise level is high. The street is very lively at night - There is a night across the street, the music and beats can be heard from the hotel room. - Noise is not manageable for light sleepers. - On our last night they took the towels for cleaning and returned them on the next day. So we stayed without towels for a whole day. - Some simple requests the staff found it hard to meet like we had to ask for 1 fork and 1 knife. But they send it after we requested many times.

As a tourist who came to visit Istanbul for a few days, I regret to say that my experience at this hotel has been quite disappointing. The noise cancellation here is extremely inadequate, making it nearly impossible to get any proper sleep due to the constant street noise. Throughout the night, I found it challenging to rest at all. It's important to be aware that choosing to stay at this hotel might result in a sleepless night or, at best, minimal sleep closer to 6am. Furthermore, the hotel's room amenities don't match what's advertised in the booking description. There's no kitchen available in the rooms, and even basic items like plates are absent. To my surprise, even a cup of tea or coffee comes with an additional charge. I feel compelled to share that this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've encountered. It's my sincere recommendation to avoid booking this hotel, as I wouldn't want anyone else to have to endure the same unsatisfactory stay.

The location is excellent just across the street 5 minute walk to the Bosphorus. Concierge was excellent, very friendly, Osman answered all our questions,room was very nice,beds comfortable,view very nice The hotel actually exceeded our expectation We would give it 5 stars!
