3rd bedroom route to toilet

It was clean and comfortable and spacious. It was a lovely place for the family to stay for the night. We all said it would have been better if we stayed in the future for longer, just so we could appreciate it more. The location was close to where we needed to go.

It did get a little cold in the night and didn’t know where the heating was until checkout.

Quiet and homely. It was very comfortable.

Easy access to town and beautiful view over the river. Very comfortable stay. Good for a family stay as catered for children. Adults can stay in the twin room, just a bit tight for space.

The outside could be updated. Needs a hand rail out the front as steps are very steep and slippery when wet. Just needs a bit of TLC.

Location was wonderful.Access however from your car involves a lot of steep steps not one for the elderly or those with mobility problems.We found the house perfect and so comfortable.So nice to be central and by the lovely river Itchen.

As long as you are aware of steep steps nothing not to like!

A beautiful location and a quirky lovely house. Amazing views and so close to the centre of town. Paula (owner) went above and beyond to help.

Good Location for the centre of Winchester

The toilet seat was loose and came off in my hand.

excellent location, really cosy house. Good bathroom facilities, lovely big towels and other essentials if you had forgotten anything. Tea coffee and milk and biscuits which was greatly appreciated Would definitely recommend
