The bed upstairs was broken but we notified them and they fixed it. Also they refunded us for a day

Great location and area. Property inside was super clean. Loved the property size and privacy. The accommodations with the soaps and towels was a huge bonus!

We would like to help you succeed and offer the following...cleaning fee of $250 based on our group (family of four all adults) seemed a bit excessive based on the way we left the condition  of the property. Tv fell out of the wall when we moved the articulating arm on day 1. King bed in master is not level and needs work it sloped to both sides. Toilet paper was 1 ply (rethink this for the price charged). Website and agreement states need to bring sheets and they were provided (could've saved alot of packing room had we not brought them). Lawn was mowed 2nd to last day we were there. TV was complicated .
