House is ok no luxury. The kitchenware should be replaced, should not rent a house with such ugly kitchenware. Pans, etc. There is only one small sofa at Living room, it does not accommodate more than 4 people. It is bad as it is supposed to be a house for 8+ people. There is no other furniture to seat and watch TV altogether.

What a gem! So close to all you want to do in Austin, yet out of the fray. Super friendly and kind owner. Neat house and cute yard. This is my first choice for future Austin rentals.

Our 4 adult children + 2 SO joined us parents for a family event in Westlake Hills. Very convenient - just a few minutes drive. Also LOVED a morning at Barton Springs Pool (even closer) to cool off in the 100 degree heat (thanks for the beach towels!). House is in a very quiet neighborhood of interesting homes - I would not throw a loud party here. Backyard small and lovely but it was too hot so we didn't really use. A/C worked well! Nice big range and cookware if you want to cook. Extra driveway parking at the side of the house was convenient. And finally, the easy and pleasant communication with John was icing on the cake.

Booked this property due to close proximity to wedding venue. It was totally ideal for our wedding activities- rehearsal cocktails- girls getting g ready. Everything was great and John was a great host! Totally recommend his place!

This was a lovely home to host a dinner party and the back yard is very pretty. The cantina lights over the patio were especially nice. We had no major issues and communication was good. It was a little unusual that there were several personal items from the homeowners (photos, kids memorabilia, etc). It didn’t bother us, but it’s just unlike other vacation rentals we’ve rented. The showers had water pressure issues and could not both be used simultaneously. The homeowner said the housekeeper checked after our stay and it was fine. The homeowner was helpful with getting an item we left behind for us to pick up. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this house!

John was a wonderful host whose communication was incredibly clear and quick. Absolutely recommend!

The location of this house was great! Close to many things we wanted to do. Our communication with John was excellent. The house had ample space, really liked the openess of it, comfy master bed and we enjoyed the outdoor area as we had our dog with us. Would definitely recommend!

Host was great, location was great, home worked out perfectly for us, and we'd definitely book again if needed. It was nice being able to go back and forth from what we were doing to the home because of it's proximity to downtown and several other things to do.

Great kitchen with new appliances, 4 bedrooms incredibly roomy. Manager could not have responded faster. Good location on quiet street with lots of neighbors walking dogs, etc. great back yard for dogs.

Clean home, easy to find, great communication with manager, easy to access. Stocked with all things you need.

Perfect location, good amenities but a little pricey.

A wonderful, roomy home close to a beautiful greenbelt that reminded us of the hiking trails we enjoyed in Colorado. And, within six minutes of Barton Springs, another natural treasure. John was a great host. We definitely plan to return, and recommend to others!

My girlfriends from college flew into ATX for a 20 year reunion and it was a blast! The house was the perfect size and location and John was the best host. He checked up on us and was flexible with check ins and outs. This house is in South ATX and close to some great restaurants, bars, and Umlauf Sculpture Garden. We even drove the Barton Creek mall when the weather got too hot- super close. I would definitely stay here again with friends or my family.
