Location was fantastic! The backyard was amazing for kids and the little playroom was a massive hit!!! Having air mattresses was another hit, however they were both broken and my kid slept on the floor for most of the night but at least he still slept lol Has everything you can dream of and more

It says villa, this was definitely not a villa. More like a cabin, that’s what we called it most of the time. It’s smaller than expected but still super cute!

Super great location and very comfortable beds. AC was a huge bonus!

Only downfall was we couldn’t find coffee filters…

We loved how cozy the place is. The owners are very responsive and kind. It's close to the lake and by the Old Settlers pub, making everything walking distance. Nice deep soaker bath tub. And the backyard is spacious, it would be great to enjoy on a sunnier weekend, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy cause of the rain. But it backs right onto the river which makes it so peaceful. Nice having 3 bedrooms and everything we needed, full kitchen, etc. Fireplace was nice on this cold wet evening :)

We enjoyed everything but our one suggestion would be a bigger couch :) but there's lots of seating with the kitchen chairs and in the summer you'd probably want to just hang in the spacious backyard anyway.

It was great to have three separate bedrooms and for everyone to have space for themselves. Everything about the property, from the ground to the view, the appliances, the setup was well thought out and practical.

The only thing I would do differently about the listing is to emphasize the proximity to all of the fun of Harrison Hot Springs. It’s a gem of a place within walking distance to everything you could want, quiet, and lovely.
