Was a great location was perfect for a nights stay beds were comfortable

Some of our group had room keeping burst in on them at about 7ish on a Sunday! they were asleep

Other than the location, the hotel is disgusting!

1. Photos on Internet are very disceiving 2. Disgusting stains on carpet 3. Had to place towel on tread bare stain chair 4. Booked specifically based on fitness facility which there was none. 5. Staff lied about fitness being closed 6. The filth and soap residue in shower was horrible 7. We researched based on photos and amenities, this hotel was not what was advertised 8. I paid an extra $25 for our pet, I didn't even want our dog sleeping on the carpet.

Lucky (great name!) at the front desk was was very friendly and super helpful. He put my freeze packs in a freezer for me and let me park underneath. Atmosphere was great. Bed was comfy. All kinds of food options right across the street. My dog was allowed to stay.

Well, the truth is I was charged $25 for my clean dog who slept on a blanket but then the bathtub was filthy! Considering that the bathroom is 'cleaned' several times a week how is there time for pink mold to grow around the drain? Clearly not cleaned for a long time. The walls were patched with Polyfilla and the carpets were stained and filthy. I am happy to forego fancy for cheap (which this wasn't) but well, painting and carpet cleaning are one thing (and would not have mentioned it), but cleaning the tub isn't that difficult.

The bed was comfortable and the jetted bath tub was very nice but loud

The furniture needs a big upgrade everything was very old and outdated it was not clean when we went in the room there was little pieces of paper on the floor that was not vacuumed

The location is good, right near the waterfront of Harrison Lake.

The room, and especially bathroom were rundown. The hotel itself has signs of disrepair all around it. There is no outdoor parking right next to the hotel, you have to park about 1/2 a block away.

I absolutely loved the location. We walked absolutely everywhere. Close to so many good restaurants. Close to the lake and hotspings. Close to convenient store. 4th floor lake view was beautiful.

The carpets in the rooms and hallways were so dirty. My Sox were black just from the carpet in the rooms.

The room was comfortable and the bed was comfy.

The pillows were like bricks, the tv barely worked and the hot tub, sauna and fitness center were all not open.
