After staying here for a family concert downtown, this property was more than expected. It was SO CLEAN. It felt like a 5-star hotel with its accommodations and cleanliness. From the customized coloring sheets for my kids, to the delicious cookies, to the slippers; this VRBO was elite. Would recommend to all of my family members or anyone wanting to stay in Downtown Houston.

Our hosts were incredible. We arrived a few days after hurricane Beryl. On check in day, we found out there was no power at the VRBO. Our host took the time to accommodate us for the first day. He found somewhere for us to stay until the power came back on at the original site. We were tremendously grateful for this. On day two, power came back on and were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. The pictures on the website do no justice for this incredibly, beautiful immaculately clean place! From the welcome cookies to the complimentary slippers, what an amazing place. The place has everything you can think of available to you. We would definitely go back and rent again. Once again, a million thank yous to our host.

We arrived the day after a huge storm and the property did not have electricity. We were very disappointed however the host was very responsive and tried to accommodate as much as possible. The house was very nice and amenities were great as well. The host had everything you could think of, even house slippers. Despite, our inability to continue our stay there I would definitely recommend and/or book again.

We were absolutely blown away by the kindness and thoughtfulness of our hosts. Upon check in (which was super easy) we found cookies on the counter which was the sweetest touch! The house looks beautiful in the pictures and even better in person. Very spacious, clean, and well decorated. The hosts themselves respond so quickly, are so beyond kind, and will do their best to make sure your stay is wonderful. If I could give 6 stars I would!

Went down there with two of my buddies pictures. Do not do it. Justice properties. Absolutely beautiful. Had a 12 pack of cold beer waiting for us and delicious. Cookies were the best part. Thank you so much. Will definitely be coming back. This is my new Astro spot.

Baby a time was had! The property was beautiful and was equipped with everything that we needed! It smelled so clean when we walked in! Those fresh baked cookies, LORDT! The host was very responsive! We ended up leaving a phone behind, the host went to the property to look for it, found it, and arranged for it to be sent to us! Frederick, thanks so much for that H-Town hospitality!!!

Beautiful place and such kind hosts who were very responsive! They provided my friends and I a little treat whenever we arrived and we will never forget it! :)
The house was well decorated and beautiful. Furnitures and the beds were very comfortable. Large kitchen island and fridge, coffee machine, beautiful dining table. Beautiful common area with large TV. Great bathrooms as well!
We could not appreciate the backyard as much since it was dark out by the time we got there, but they have a neat tent set up where you can also enjoy your time outside!
I would definitely stay here again in the future!

I had a little staycation with my friends for my bday and this house was great! Even as we walked in it smelled amazing and they even had cookies for us with a welcome message! The hosts were so accommodating and kind and responded to messages quickly. I would recommend this anyone. Also the beds were so comfortable!

I hosted a birthday gathering here and absolutely loved my entire stay. Frederick & Gabrielle were the perfect host from the beginning! From answering any questions, being super responsive at the time of any inconveniences, or simply leaving us a little note and treats at check in — every detail was perfect. The house itself is an amazing space from the bedrooms to the outside gazebo area. It is equipped with more than enough space, beautiful decor, and any essentials you may need. My guest and I loved the plethora of games included throughout the home as well. Perfect for any occasion. Plus the beds were literally so comfortable omg. We will definitely be back!!

Lovely place and gracious hosts is what I have to say. Frederick was quick to answer any questions I had and was very nice in accommodating our needs. We had a nice treat and beautiful flowers waiting for our celebration and they had waters, coffee and even extra toothbrushes if you forgot one! The house was clean, smelled good, nicely decorated and it was roomy for our guests. Thank you!

This place was exactly what my friends and I were looking for. Very well kept and spacious home with a nice backyard gazeebo & firepit. It was only a short drive to wherever we needed to go, which was a huge plus as well. Highly recommend!!

The property was very clean and the hosts Frederick and Gabrielle were sooo sweet! I asked for some favors and they were quick to respond and were very accommodating. The house was spacious and the decor was the most beautiful. We felt welcomed and my group and I felt at home. I would definitely stay again or recommend this property! 5/5 stars!

Stayed here for a night out with friends and caught the Astros game. Super close to downtown 5 min Uber to the stadium. Over all very clean house and felt nothing but welcomed. Frederick and Gabrielle are very responsive and are more than happy to help with your stay. 10/10 would recommend.
