The condo and property was as pictured and discribed, one that our family will remember. We even saw schools of stringrays from the balcony. 5 Stars for sure

Our family loved staying here. We went with a big group of siblings and their families! There was enough space for everyone to have their own bedrooms and bathrooms, which made mornings and evens so much easier. The condo wonderful. When the dryer stopped drying it was a quick text and the issue was fixed that day with ease. Our only complaint is something the condo owner has no control over, the elevators in peek times are so slow! So be prepared to wait or do the 21 flights of steps, but overall not a big deal. We loved it!

Each year before school starts our growing family takes a beach trip and it is important to have a place that is big enough, has all the amenities, things for the kids to do, and is clean and comfortable. The Phoenix this year was the best apartment we have had. Checked all the boxes.
Elevators were an issue, as I am sure this is a common statement.

This was a great place to stay for our immediate and extended family. The lazy river was a big hit! The condo was very spacious and accommodated 11 of us perfectly! The elevators are very busy for the morning beach and pool time and again in the early evening for going back up to the condo, but not overwhelmingly stressful. I would definitely recommend this property for a large group. The kitchen could definitely use an inventory and adding a few things like good knives and serving bowls and things.

It was great. We had 8 adults and 3 kids and we had plenty of room and more. Now we were there during July 4th. Check in on Saturday was horrible. The elevator was the problem but everyone was coming in at the sane time so that was to be expected. After that it was fine. I would highly recommend. The condo was spectacular. Every bedroom had its own bathroom plus a bathroom in the hallway. Had a wine fridge which we used for bottled water and cold drinks. Also had a separate ice maker which came in handy for cooler at the beach. Also a Wal-Mart was close by so my daughter put in a hugh grocery order which they delivered right to the door. I definitely would go back.

Beautiful space, with lots of room for family time and meals together. Great patio space. Breathtaking views!
Our family LOVED IT!
Could use a deep clean, of showers and tubs, and sweep under sofas and beds but overall, it was very good.
Priceless memories were made here this week.

My wife and I with our two kids there spouses and 4 grandchildren had a GREAT VACATION. We are talking about booking this again next year. Thanks again we will be in touch soon.

The condo itself is very nice, plenty of room for our large crew. However we will not rent this condo again due to the elevators. The condo is on the 21st floor and it took well over an hour on check in day just to get an elevator and get to our condo. Yes there were times that it was no problem to get an elevator however the majority of the time we had to wait, for several elevators bc they were all full.

We had an amazing trip. The condo is very spacious and convenient to the beach and pools. All ages had a very nice stay. Only downside was the kitchen could be better stocked with cups, spatulas, and Pyrex/casserole dishes. We like to cook all our meals in and there wasn’t always enough for such a large group. Overall, would stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a nice relaxing and eventful vacation!

This is a beautiful, well appointed corner condo with the luxury of 3 king size beds for adult couples. Best feature is solid glass wall facing East for unobstructed views of the sunrise.

Nice big corner condo with room for the entire family. Well stock d kitchen with pots and pans etc. Especially the ice maker and electric griddle were much appreciated! But the lack of salt and pepper and at least one extra roll of TP or paper towels was a bit disappointing. Nice location, good beach, and very nice pools and other amenities. The patio is outstanding and the patio furniture is very comfortable. The one request we had was more hooks or bars to hang our towels.

Condo was wonderful! Was just as described! Beautiful decor, great space for families, very clean, well stocked. Only had one minor issue-stopped up bathtub drain- called and it was handled promptly. The condo was as described. The owner and property manager are very responsive. The balcony was large and breezy with amazing views of the ocean and sunrise. We spent a lot of time out there. The condo has 4 good size bedrooms. Pack a sweatshirt as the A/C was very cold in some rooms. We had everything we needed as far as plates, pans, baking sheets etc. We came in August and the property was packed! We didn’t have issues with elevators except on Saturday at check-in. Plan ahead! Order grocery delivery and remember to order hand soap for sinks, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry and dish soap, etc. Our family loved the lazy river and slide. The cleanliness was really our only complaint.. It’s time for a deep cleaning as there’s layers of dust accumulating on fans and light fixtures and under beds.

This condo was a perfect accommodation for 7 adults and 3 children. Three adult couples and one single adult had their own bedrooms with a bath. The kitchen and eating area had plenty or room and was well equipped. The living area was big enough for all of us to gather. The deck was big and the view of the beach was great.

Great location and very easy to enter and exit the parking garage. The ocean view from every room was fabulous. The space and furniture for seating our family of nine was perfect. My daughter lost a special necklace charm, it was found and they are mailing it to her. Outstanding customer service!!!

Property is just as described. It is well maintained for a rental property and it was clean upon our arrival. The air conditioning in part of the condo went out but they promptly fixed it. Great location - centrally located and great deck to sit out on. The condo is busy and the elevators can take a while during peek times. Owner and her contact for any issues are very responsive and great to work with.

We had a great view and plenty of space for a family vacation including 8 adults and 3 children. Lots of amenities for adults and children. Definitely one of the nicest places we have ever stayed!

The pictures don’t do this condo justice! It held our 6 adults and 6 kids (kindergarten and younger) easily. Kitchen/living/dining is HUGE, spacious bedrooms, tons of closets and dressers, CLEAN and well-cared for and well-decorated, nice mattresses towels and linens, great balcony right over pool. Beach toy closet was a nice bonus! We made breakfast, lunch, and a couple dinners - kitchen had every cooking thing you need. Met needs we didn’t know we had - separate ice maker for filling ice chests, drink fridge, margarita machine. Complex has fast elevators, clean pool area, outside beach storage. Host is so hospitable and responsive! We’re excited to book it again next year!

We had 8 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room. It’s was nice that all the bedrooms had there on bath and also a hallway 1/2 bath. It’s hard to find a condo with 3 or more king beds for our adult children.

There are really no words this place was amazing. They thought of everything from detailed instructions to beach toys. The location was beautiful and very relaxing. I'm trying to figure out when we can return because this is a place I want to return to.

The condo was great. Sharon added extra touches that were appreciated. Sheets were cotton. (Thankfully not dreadful Egyptian cotton or microfiber.) Towels were big and fluffy. Plenty of clean pots and pans, dishes, blenders, pool toys, beach chairs, etc. Location is close to everything in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores. Definitely exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a great vacation!

This condo is over the top beautiful! Very spacious with a great kitchen! The balcony is massive with a beautiful view of the beach. The amenities are top of the line. Sharon was a breeze to work with and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!

One of the best places we have ever stayed in while vacationing there! It was big enough to accommodate 2 big families for sure! There was plenty of beach supplies to use incase you didn't bring any and plenty of activities to keep kids entertained if it rains! Will definitely book this one again! Love love loved it!!
