Convenient area, in the heart in seemed of everything. Walked into the city centre, then took a local bus to Shirley, so great location. Able to book for a family meal across the road. at Ocean Village, so right on the doorstep. Great choice of restaurants, plus local supermarkets also just five minutes away from accommodation Will definitely book to stay again.

In a different trip to Southampton I reserved a reasonably cheap place but it was so bad that I had to run away after the first night, despite the fact that I had already paid. I was afraid this would be the same but instead it was great! Clean, comfortable and super cheap. The sink in the room made sharing the bathroom much easier. Thanks! The staff was also very nice and accommodating. I must say that I have been in university housing in fancy places in the UL and this was much better. Basic but with everything one might need. It was a real discovery and I will definitely reserve again here if I need to come back to Southampton.

At first I was not happy about having to share the bathroom. But even this was very much ok as the place was rather empty.

This accommodation is student halls of residence. I stayed when there were not many students around and actually stayed here twice over summer. The accommodation is a bit pot-luck - depending who your neighbours are you'll get a better/worse night's sleep and the cleanliness of the kitchen/toilets/showers will also depend on them. I found the room to be clean, bed to be comfortable, wifi excellent on both occasions, but shared areas very variable. Staff generally very friendly but a couple with a bit of an attitude. I payed for parking and on one occasion was fine, but on the other there was some issue and it was not associated with my key so every time I had to go in to reception to have them raise the barrier - not a huge problem, but a bit inconvenient and I had paid extra for this. Good value and good location.

See above - basically student accommodation so can be noisy and infringe on a good night's sleep. Also some shared areas not so clean.
