Me and my family really enjoyed this property everything is as advertised.

We are frequent VRBO renters and rarely does a property exceed your expectations (ours are high).
This property checks all of the boxes you look for. Spotless, good communication, activities for all ages, great location. Rain or shine the pool is open and amazing times to be had.
However it really is the small details that make this property so special. High end Viking appliances, decor and finishings are all top of the line. Amazing cookware and small appliances. Extra high ceilings. The home is perfectly configured to allow plenty of space for the family.
The master suite is beyond amazing and walks out to the pool area. Coffee pot just for the master! The outdoor apartment was perfect for our teenage son.
We spent nights having family fun while the kids swam in the pool. Two golf carts were perfect as we could split up.
This is one of the best properties we have visited and will definitely be back!

The outdoor area was a big hit for our two 2 yr old grandkids. Ten of us at the house and was big enough to spread out. Enjoyed our vacation

Best VRBO rental we’ve ever stayed at. Exceeded expectations, great location and amazing amenities. Very comfortable and it had everything you could ask and more.

Overall the property is great! We did have a few challenges at check in. Upon arrival one golf cart had a flat tire that could not be fixed until the next day. The outdoor shade was broken but this did not affect our stay. The outdoor freezer needed to be defrosted. After defrosting it worked well.
A few suggestions would be to add black out curtains to the rooms so the sun doesn’t come right in the windows at sunrise. The outdoor chairs are rusted and should be replaced. Replace the remote to the spa as it doesn’t work well. The batteries in the outdoor fan controller need to be replaced.
Overall we enjoyed the property.

Our stay was amazing. This property has something for all ages. The lanai with the pool was where the kids stayed. The outside guest house was a great place to work if needed. Will definitely go back.

Me and my family truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The home was very clean, the amenities were amazing and convenient for our family, and the property manager was very nice and always answered my questions in a timely manner. I honestly have no complaints. However one of my friends that was staying in the room by the front door said it was so bright early in the morning when the sun came up, so my suggestion would be to get curtains that aren’t sheer or even black out curtains for that room. Also, maybe a map or a list of things to do on the resort would be helpful as well. We enjoyed riding the golf cart through the resort sight seeing. It looked like there were things to do or places to walk around. Overall I had a great time and would definitely book this place again!

Our family had a great time. Couple of items to consider to fix or address. The 2 bikes had flat tires and we did not text to get fixed which we should have done, the dart board did not work and again we did not text to get resolved. The pool and hot tub were nice and we did get them heated which is extra. The pool bottom which is concrete had some grooves in them which made it a little rough on the bottom of your feet and uncomfortable if you were moving alot on the bottom of the pool.

We stayed on the property while in town for a basketball tournament between Christmas and the new year. While our kids were staying in the local Hilton, we were able to use the golf carts to bus them back and forth for dinner. The property was very spacious enough to accommodate 9 boys, 11 girls, and multiple parents during our down time between games. When the kids were back at their hotel, the two familied that stayed on the property enjoyed the amenities, the location, and ease of access.

Awesome property! Absolutely stunning decor and amenities, along with a great location. The appliances are top notch and everything was very clean and organized. The master bedroom is a “must see”. The lanai is perfect for family entertainment and is designed perfectly. I will definitely return to the area and will not consider staying anywhere else.
