Only problem we had was the tub didnt drain well...manager was very nice n prompt when we needed anything

I stayed at Salina Inn for a night. In spite of my last minute booking, it was an outstanding price. The attendant was very agreeable and the room was very clean. I fell right to sleep after getting back to the room so I have no complaints about the accomodations for a one-night stayover. I absoluteky recommend the stay.

This was the perfect low cost stay off i70! The staff were so kind and helpful, coffee was good and the jacuzzi got rid of any stiffness from driving! Would recommend to families and solo travelers.

The property was very run down. Staff was very friendly but the property needed renovating. The doors didn’t match the nightstands had been broken. The flooring was coming up, shower leaked and was very hard water stained. Wall was peeling in the bathroom.

The owner was super friendly and really nice. He made sure it was as comfortable as possible.

The owner was SO NICE that I didn't have the heart to tell him what I really thought. It is a very low quality motel for the price. You couldn't even watch tv, because it was a smart TV that had none of the apps hooked up and it was set in a different language. The smoke detectors battery was dead and instead of sending someone to replace it, they just gave my daughter a battery to replace it herself. One of the reasons I picked this particular motel was because it offered a continental breakfast which was literally only two types of cereal and a waffle maker and coffee. No juice, or toast, or fruit... I also picked it because it had a pool, but trying to get out to the pool was like going through a creepy '80s movie. The yard between the motel and the pool is very ill kept with furniture lined along the wall being ruined by the weather. And then he charged us an extra $20 because I had an extra kid that wasn't mentioned in the online reservation. That wouldn't have bothered me so much though had the pool area and the breakfast been better and have they been more accommodating with the smoke detector situation and had we been able to watch TV.

Mold in bathroom. Sink didn’t drain well. Bathtub faucet leaked. TV didn’t work. Skipped their breakfast because all chairs were up on the tables while carpet was being cleaned at 8:00 am. Staff was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in

We made a last minute reservation, and were treated VERY well my the night clerk, who upgraded us to an accessible room when he noticed my disability. There were only two issues with our room. No trash receptacles, and no soap dish in the shower. Other than that, this was a very nice and very affordable stay with a very nice front desk person.

The service was good. Just the shower didn’t work properly and there were no extra towels. That was a pain in the wazooo. But for the most part it was an enjoyable experience. Thank you for allowing me to stay a night in your accommodating motel.

Likes: warm welcome, hot coffee and waffle breakfast, excellent tv and clear channels. Good connection to wifi. We liked that it was close to the freeway. Dislikes: wall needed fixing, security is low, missing doornobs and dim lighting. Dirt in hallway. We had to go back to the front desk for wifi. Slight odor.

Was a really nice experience, best thing about the place is the owner, really cool guy and will work with you if you need. Definitely coming back here in the future for the next outing.

For the price I was very happy with the place. Coffee in the morning was great! Front desk was nice. It was across the street from a restaurant and gas station.

This hotel was very disappointing!! It's in definite need of a good cleaning there was mold in the bathroom, sunflower seeds that had been eaten in the window sill and the towels were stained. Very Disgusting

Hotels.com should be ashamed to even list this place. First off the smell of mold and cigarette smoke had my throat burning in a matter of minutes. We were shown to 3 different rooms because they were too filthy to stay in. First room the floor had not even been swept. 2nd room the adjoining room door was busted and couldn’t be secured. There was blood, hair, and feces on the sheets and water standing in the bathroom floor. 3rd room had pubic hair in the bathroom, was filthy dirty, but the last straw was the live bug crawling in the bed. None of the rooms had anyway to lock the interior door, and the exterior door to the hotel was wide open for anyone to come in. Worst hotel I have ever been in in my entire life. We ended up leaving at 12:30 to find a new hotel.

For the prices and customer service, you aren’t getting a bad stay. Honestly I give Salina Inn 5* because the owner was the kindest hardest working individual. He was available to help us in the middle of the night , customer service with a smile. The beds were clean/bug-free and no cigarette smells. I would be happy to give them my service again.

the entire place smelled like old wet dog/there was mildew on walls in the shower and bathroom floor/beds were dirty I feel I would have been better off staying in my car Should have demanded a refund total waste of money I felt like I was robbed.

The shower didnt work, the water in the sink didnt even get hot, black mold growing in bathroom, no channel guide for tv, the entire facility stinks of cigarettes very strong, wasnt super clean overall. Some lights and outlets didnt work in room, and ice bucket had debris in it, only one tiny trash can, no coffee pot or phone in room.

We will never stay here again! The outside door would not close or lock. The room and the halls are filthy. The minute you walk in the smell is old and musty. The door to the room had a tissue in the peephole, went to go get ice and the ice machine was filthy and the area it was in had not been swept or cleaned in forever. The bathroom in our room had one light with a fan and it was so loud and annoying. The tv screen was the size of a computer screen but a little bigger! The carpet in the room was filthy. We only had lukewarm water. We did not take a shower because the shower curtain was only up with alot of the holes not fastened. Thank goodness we were only there one night. Never ever stay there again.

The extension cord for the bed light is bad. The socket works.

The innkeeper was extremely friendly and hospitable.

The Management is working very hard to bring this property back to a mire inviting destination. The new flooring is exceptional and they are continuing with improvements. The owner gas only had the property a few months and is genuinely concerned for his guest!

You get what you pay for and luckily for cheapos like me that just need a bed, that’s fine! Everything that could be stained was except the bed. The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. I got a waffle and coffee in the morning from the limited breakfast, they stay was fine. Bare bones, rundown, but didn’t want to pay $100 dollars for just a good night’s sleep by myself (my husband would never stay here with kids), so happy with my selection.

The bed was old, no blanket, no mattress pad, just a sheet that had stains on it and a sad bedspread with stains. The floor had not been mopped or swept prior to my stay. Bathroom was not clean. Looks like bed is made and trash changed after people leave and that is it. Sad conditions.
