All was good except for the price of parking

Nice and clean place in downtown Nashville

Room was clean and staff was great. AC did not get very cold which was a bummer and breakfast is $30 a person.

I stayed here before when it was 21c Museum Hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the close proximity to Nissan Stadium which is merely a 10 minute walk. This hotel is going under renovations and is not up to speed yet from what it was previously. Staff was super friendly and great service. Elevators were extremely slow and even had a sign saying they were slow between 8 and 4pm. Valet parking will cost you 65 dollars plus tip. If traveling light park in the lot across the street for 55 dollars for a full day. All in all I would stay here again if an event was at Nissan Stadium. Room was private and clean but it didn’t have a balcony or view if that matters to you.

Such a beautiful hotel, convenient and close to broadway (walking distance but not loud at all) Deangelo was super helpful and made us feel at home. Overall, just such a lovely place to stay, definitely recommend

The room was okay. Nice and modern. The tile was nice and the beds and bedding were comfortable. We had a nice view. There was no couch in the room and two chairs. The coffee maker was more difficult to use than it should be. For the price you pay at this hotel you shouldn't have to pay $55 for them to park your car 50 ft down the road. Also breakfast is not free and not cheap. A little pricey especially when you have to pay extra for the things that you would expect to not have to pay extra for. The valet guys were great and the maintenance guy that helped us fix the TV was great too. The location was great as well. So I guess the price was the only thing that was an issue for me.

Nice hotel and walkable to Nissan Stadium and Broadway. Service was poor, under staffed and slow valet. We requested early check in and didn’t have our room ready until 2 hours after the normal check in time.

Loved location. Could park all walk most everywhere we wanted to go.

Area is very close to Broadway and Nissan Stadium to walk. This was very convenient. Did not love that the only option to park your car was valet parking. I was unfortunate to have a hit and run happen to my truck in the parking garage they use. But overall we enjoyed the hotel but not the parking options.

No consierge. No room service. Room was not cleaned while we were there. Much remodeling. I wasn’t told there would be a Marathon until it was too late to cancel.

This is NOT a $650/night room hotel. It feels more like a $250/night room for sure. front desk and valet service both great. Lots of construction, no views, very dark hallways, rooms decent size, first room had a loud a/c noise issue, so had to move to a 2nd room which was missing shampoo/soap. Location was good. Luckily only stayed one night. Never leave reviews but wanted to warn of the excessive luxury cost for a average hotel. Hotels.com I’ll let you email me a voucher for my next hotel stay.

Loved my stay! Staff was super sweet! Only issue was some trash left on deck and empty water bottle in room but I’d definitely book again Be prepared the only parking you can do is valet and it’s a pain but worth it

Great location

Location is good, rooms are unremarkable-nothing great just ok, but pricing was fairly reasonable for Nashville, compared to other properties close by

Walking distance to nightlife and restaurants including Broadway.

There was only one chair in the room, no place to sit. Only one sink, very annoying with two people.

Parking was a mess. Valet never returned the car so we didn't get to go to the opry. Staff inside was friendly, and accommodating. We had security at our door because some how it didn't shut right

The photos are pretty misleading, and there are a lot better options in Nash, avoid this one unless everything else is booked. Their room reservation system does not work well with Expedia apparently, and the manager said he had 4 other guests in the same situation that day who booked a room and paid online, but when they checked in at the hotel, they were forced to go find other accommodations because there was no reservation on file for them. I reserved a suite with a terrace to use for business meetings and ended up with a single room that had an unflushed toilet. The front desk didn't seem to be surprised that my booking was incorrect, and the manager confirmed that it is a regular occurrence because of the issue with online booking services and their system. The hallways are very very dark. There is "artsy low light" and the there is "dark" and the hotel halls are horror movie dark. I used my flashlight and when I saw the condition of the carpeting and walls, I see why the lights are so dim. There is a lot of construction around the hotel that makes it very difficult to come and go by vehicle or walking. My uber got stuck in early evening traffic for 30 minutes and I finally just got out and walked. I would not want my wife or daughter walking in the area alone after dark. It seems like they are either in the process of making it a decent place, or they are just milking it for revenue, but right now I suggest avoiding this place.

main entrance is closed as working on road! So you go in a alley to get to hotel! No parking only valet! they are limited so have to wait a while! Area super busy!

likes location of hotel-very close to entertainment -clean- hallways lighting was too low- service associate at desk was new and could use more help-customer in front of us was upset and caused long check in process. rooms were very clean- parking was tough-need some communication when recerving room on what to do to make easier process

A friend recommended we stay at the newly named Bankers Alley Hotel and we enjoyed a pleasant stay. The location proved to be fabulous (walkable to Printer’s Alley and Broadway), we had a very comfortable sleep (dark room and bedding on point!), and the room was spacious with all that we needed (including housekeeping during a two-night stay). They are currently (Aug 2023) surrounded by street construction and building changes, which impacted our initial arrival and ease of the location. The staff was super friendly, even when sharing news that the valet was taking quite some time (up to 30 mins) due to the construction and building maintenance that occurred upon on arrival, and when updating our details for checkout. This definitely has potential to be fabulous following the completion of the street and building construction. For our purposes, it was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price for a standard room in the area.
