The manager Mr. Tronghong was so great, smiling and welcoming us every morning, ensuring everything was arranged smoothly including airport taxi. Breakfast was delicious and served by the most amazing young girl, with a good attitude and so attentive, wide selection and al la cart days delicious also. Room is huge, strong aircon, big bath and beautiful view over the lagoon. Private beach and well kept swimming pool, thank you team for a lovely stay !

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this place is perfect! Family friendly (has a playground), beautiful pool, restaurant on site, spa services available, gorgeous views, and the staff were all so lovely! The bungalows were perfect, very private and all with amazing views. Hard to believe how cheap this resort is! The food from the restaurant was amazing each and every meal. The breakfast buffet was also to a high standard with plenty of options.

The service in the restaurant was very slow (be prepared to wait 45mins-1hr after ordering), however this is likely due to the limited staff. The tables weren't very clean, however they are right on the beach so that's to be expected. The beach was very littered and could be cleaned more regularly to ensure it remains inviting. Again, limited staff. If you choose to have a massage, be prepared to be naked in front of other guests! The spa area is an open gazebo, located within view of the pool and close to the steps to the reception area. But still highly recommend, the massage was amazing and very cheap!

L’accueil, on nous a fait payer le premier jour, le petit déjeuner, café et plats pas toujours chauds. Manque de piscine alors que nous avons réservé cet hôtel pour ça. Les draps n’ont pas était changés de la semaine, et personel n’etait pas du tout réactif parfois moqueurs.

Last October we had the opportunity to visit Phu Quoc and chose to stay at Chez Carole Beach. I find the service here very good, the staff is enthusiastic and hospitable. We enjoyed delicious food here and felt very satisfied. I will definitely come back here.

Stayed in a riverside villa. Very charming and cozy. Hotel is remote and right on the white sand beach.

A few glitches: the landscape needs through cleaning. AC didn’t work well in my room. Cleanliness level is so so. Not enough hot water to fill the large tub. Breakfast is just ok.

I never thought I would find a resort in Phu Quoc with such a great view. Not only that, the service and room I received were also extremely good. Super enthusiastic staff guided us in detail. The nature here makes me feel really comfortable on this trip.
