The accommadotation is cozy, calm and clean. Service, management and the hotel’s environment create an exceptional stay. Also, this hotel has a spa which realy helps to recover muscles after intense hike. Breakfast was super tasty!

Good location, nice view from balcony. Spa zone is included un price. Available coffee in the room. Kind staff and clean rooms.

Room was nice, but pictures in reservation step was not from real room, which was little disapointing at first. Various deffects through the rooms, which can be corrected: shower was missing 1 door, material of table was damaged, missing corner of skirting board. If you want to use spa zone, it should be booked in previous day.

Great location, walkable distance from the main street as well as the Kasparowy mountain cable car station. The view from the room way also quite pretty.

The road up to the hotel is real fun. Not a big deal in summer, but check your snowchains and brush up on steep slopes if you come in winter...

Our room had a nice terrace

It would be good to have toaster, microwave, and towels in kitchen. Waze couldn’t find property, and we had to drive in 3 steep roads to understand the right place. It was annoying.

Great hotel up on little hill near edge of Zakopane. Nice staff, lovely room, really nice breakfast and spa. 15-20min walk into town through nice big park and also handy for buses to national park etc. Highly recommend.

The communication with hotel staff was seamless despite of what I read here on booking. They were nice. Apartment was clean, well equipped, bed comfy..

, however from 3 apartments what we booked 2 had troubles with doors. We had 2 bedrooms apartment as we asked for upgrade but 1 bedroom door was completely broken and unusable. Wouldn't except such the condition in this kind of accommodation

Very friendly and helpful lady on reception on the check-on day. Wonderful views of Giewont from the balcony, good room design, really large apartment. We also enjoyed small things like a reading nook. Two bathrooms also make it easier for group of friends. Definitely a great thing is that BBQ space is available without extratcharge, along with SPA facilities - you jist need to book it with reception. With a mini van - we got 2 parking spots in the underground garage, which made it much easier to park. Very comfy beds - everyone slept like a baby.

Some things to be tackled - broken sofa leg, that wasn't fixed during our stay. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom (fan not working). Third bedroom was actually not separated by a wall/door from the living room, so if someone values privacy a lot - this needs to be kept in mind.

Nice, clean, and comfortable room and beds for family of 4. Nice balcony, but it was too cold to stay outdoors. Kitchen with all necessary tools.

The hotel is located uphill, so walking there can be challenging with kids after a long day. There could be a coffee maker apart from the water boiler and the instant coffee.

Pillows wasn’t the best

The breakfast was good.

Everything is small and cramped. Missing a lot of basic facilities in the rooms. No microwave no oven no washing machine. Lack of wardrobes and drawers for storage 1 wardrobe with 4 hangers and 1 set of drawers for a family of 4 is not enough. Not great to get to in winter as it was down a single track road that didn't appear to ever get gritted or cleared of snow. We booked a 'premium 1 bedroom apartment' which basically meant they had taken a studio apartment and put a tiny room in to class it as a seperate bedroom. The bed in that room was tiny only 120cm wide. It definately should never have been classed as a double bed. When I checked online everywhere would class this as a single bed! Another annoying thing was the lack of a microwave as it appeared this was included in the cheaper studio flats. They claim the apartments are soundproof but they are not. We could here everything from our neighbours room. We could also clearly here the teenagers partying in one of the apartments at the other side of the complex. Staff not available before 8am. Breakfast not available before 8am. When we arrived the room was dusty and it felt like it hadnt been cleaned properly in ages. It had an unfresh foisty small about the place. Parking seemed to be an issue. There clearly wasnt enough spaces. Cars dumped all over the place which made it very difficult in the icy conditions. We were lucky to have a space in the underground carpark although the cleaners insisted on putting all the bin bags in our space making it difficult to park! I would not recommend this place and i will not be staying here when i return to Zakopane in summer.

In jakuzzi bubbles wasn't working... We got the apartment in 1st floor, so the mountain view was average, in the booking pictures apartment and the view looked better. Missed frying pan or microwave in the kitchen.

The apartment was beautiful, comfy and newly equipped in a modern style with lot of wood. There were 2 flat screen TVs in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. Good parking a few meters near apartment. We enjoyed the breakfast. Also location was ok if you have a car.

The bed in the master bedroom was too narrow and matrace was too soft. What should certainly get improved is the wellness. It had apparently been built for much smaller capacity than is now. Dressing room is way too small with no place to sit at and with most cabinets missing the keys. Jacuzzi worked partially with only 1 or 2 jets and the water was a bit smelly. The saunas, showers and resting area were ok though.

The apartments were very nice and modernly furnished.

Walking into the city is only possible via the driveway. There is no sidewalk. Especially in winter and the presence of snow, it is difficult to avoid cars. Parking spaces are not maintained in winter, no one marks the distances between cars, and so it happens that everyone parks as they like and then, for example, 5 spaces are missing. It happened to me that I couldn't find a parking space in even though it was guaranteed to me during the reservation.
