We stayed for a long weekend and it was great. Had a few questions prior to staying and they were very quick to respond. Plenty of space for our large family which included three kiddos and two dogs. Kids LOVED the ninja turtle game. It was a perfect, relaxed getaway to just be together.

This house has so much potential and is dire need of TLC, deep cleaning and attention. If I could upload pictures here of how dirty the bathrooms, floor (my feet were black when walking on - I ended up mopping the whole first floor myself), and ran down the look of it was - I would. The location is 3 mins from one park and 10 from the state park (which is great). We had rain everyday and were in the home a lot. The carpets and all vents were dirty and the board games offered were missing pieces (we did bring our own). The 4 seasons room they tried to make into a bunk room has skylights (which could be cool) except they are super bright for sleeping purposes and the full/queen bed in room beside the bunk room didn’t have curtains…. The bathroom on the first floor is not with the “bedrooms”, it’s on the other side by the garage door, through the kitchen. There were only 6 dining chairs in the whole place (we had seven people and it’s says you can have up to 10), so one person was out everytime eating or playing cards. Like I said, with some cleanliness, updating and actual care… it could have potential.

Nice spacious house, very pleased with the responsiveness of the rental agency when we encountered a few issues with a broken sofa bed and some missing bedding, as well as a quick internet outage. Really liked the huge yard and fire pit. The picnic tables were nice for extra seating for our big family group. Having a few essentials better stocked (trash bags, dish pods) is a small investment that would go far with making for a better experience, as well as if the kitchen was better stocked with things for big groups like larger serving bowls and chefs knives. Overall a fun time in the house though, and appreciative of the quick responses to our questions and needs along the way. Thank you for that!

We had several of our family come for new years eve, some out of town. This was the perfect place to stay, because of all the bedrooms. The room with the games and bunkbeds were a hit with the kids. Overall the stay was good, although the beds were somewhat uncomfortable. New mattresses would make a big difference. Thanks for letting us stay and truly enjoy our 2023 new years.

Great location and perfect house for a large group

The fridge may be ready to break. It did not keep our stuff very cold despite being on the highest setting. Other than that it was very peaceful and clean. A pool table would be a nice addition.

House was fairly clean. Could have more toiletries in bathrooms.

My group and I booked this home to use as a home base while exploring the Geneva-On-The-Lake region. We went to a few wineries 15 minutes away over the weekend, drove 2 minutes down the road to the park to watch the sunset over the water, and even cooked a few meals at the home. It was a wonderful location and the amenities were very accommodating. Excellent choice for a group!

The house was spacious, clean and very enjoyable. Everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. The property was very large which provided plenty of space for games and activities for our clan totaling 19 people ranging in age from 3 to 70. Only drawback was the outdoor grill which was small for 19 people. Otherwise everything was absolutely perfect.

Home was very roomy. Not too bad of an area. Close to things but needed to drive everywhere. Had a nice time.

Great house with plenty of room

The house was great with all the various spaces to sleep, eat and gather. The yard was great for kids to play and it’s so close to so much to do in downtown and on the water at various beaches. One thing to note the cookware and service ware was a little lacking for our needs as we cooked meals altogether to share and ran out of bowls to mix or serve in as well as platters. PLENTY of dishes/glasses/coffee cups. The HVAC can be tricky as there are different controls for heat & AC. It has retro air conditioning so there are holes in the ceiling that it blows from so it gets plenty cool in summer! Can’t speak to the heat. I would stay there again if we go to the same area again. *gave cleanliness a 4 because the outside cleaners didn’t clean the fire pit area or grill. Not the property managers fault - I did let them know the cleaners slacked in that area and I’m sure they will make sure it’s done in the future.

Great house for a weekend away- plenty of space, comfortable beds, great location. Would stay again!

A couple younger family members carried my 100 year old mom in a wheelchair up the steps one day so she could enjoy supper with all of us. Place was too warm for us. Partly because thermostat date and time was off. Partly due to very uncomfortable microfiber sheets on every bed. Otherwise, a nice place.

The property was enjoyable and very close to convenience stores, activities, and the lake. There is a large basement, great for indoor activities which is not pictured. The outside fire pit was not there. (maybe winter only?) Overall, we had a great time.

We will be back!

The house was nice large enough for our family CHRISTmas celebration. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the floors as we had crawling babies. But other wise a great experience.

They house was great just not very many kitchen equipment and very small trash can. Only a one cup coffee maker also. Over was a nice stay.

Loved the property. Huge yard for outdoor games for all to play. With the kitchen having two counters made it easier for more than one person to cook at a time. Just wish it was a bigger kitchen table so we could all sit and eat, but the weather was great to sit outside. Only had 1 issue but the owners came out to fix it quickly. Will definitely consider this property again for future stays.

Pretty straightforward property. Plenty of sleeping options for everyone. House is in good condition. Big house, big garage, big yard. Simple check-in, simple check-out. The town is close, parks are nearby, miniature golf is nearby, etc. We had a good time.

Our first time in Geneva on the lake and we loved it! The people we met were so friendly. The house is beautiful and in a great location. We loved the large porch with picnic tables and the fire pit. The house is so kid and dog friendly too. The yard and huge garage were amazing!!! We also loved the arcade games! The house was clean and well maintained and overall, we had a great time! There are a few kinks to the house that others should be aware of: Unfortunately, if you are a big group and plan to eat indoors, there are only 6 indoor dining chairs. Also, the master bedroom has a beautiful attached bathroom however, the bathroom does not have a door. There is an open doorway between the bedroom and bathroom- no door. For someone to use the bathroom with privacy, you need to lock the bedroom door- very strange. In addition, the door in the other upstairs bedroom with the king bed (without the bathroom) did not close fully. The last issue was the air conditioning in the room with the bunk beds and a double sofa bed did not work well- the room was extremely hot while the rest of the house temperature was perfect. The management says they appreciate the feedback and will be addressing the issues. We would love to visit this house again next summer if they work out the issues.
