Bed was nice and comfy.

The place had multiple parties in rooms. My shower was either stone cold or boiling hot which prevented me from showering. When I tried to contact the property I received no reply... The walls are extremely thin as I could hear the conversations next door (normal bedtime conversation). The room had no windows

Det jeg likte med overnattingssted var at det var ganske sentralt til butikk, buss, park og restauranter og lett å finne stedet. Pluss topp personal som hjelpet til når det trengtes.

Ganske høy lyd av trafikanter fra det rommet vi sov på, altså tremannsrommet. Grunnet var at vi måtte sove med åpent vindu på grunn av varme, det var da mye bråk av trafikanter, siden rommet vårt ved trafikken.

No ventilation, it was stuffy. No place to hang clothes. No wardrobe or even hooks

The property was easy to access and our room was so comfortable. The cleanliness of the place was outstanding!

It’s located right next to a busy a-road and due to the current heat the window had to remain open meaning we were woken a few times by beeping cars and emergency vehicle sirens. However, this was bearable.

In linea di massima è tutto ok. Bagni nuovi e funzionali, letto comodo. Posizione buona anche se lontana dal centro: a 5 minuti ci sono tutti i bus. In un’oretta e mezza circa (di bus) si può raggiungere il centro. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Abbiamo avuto due problemi tecnici, uno risolto l’altro no. Il pin per entrare era sbagliato (ma ci è stato fornito subito uno nuovo). La camera tripla (2 adulti + ragazzo 15 anni) ha solo un letto matrimoniale. Non si riesce a dormire in 3. Servirebbe anche uno sgabello per riuscire ad aprire e chiudere le finestre (sono in alto e si riesce solo saltando in groppa a qualcuno).

- réservation annulé car nous sommes arrivés à 11:45, malgré le late check in signalé lors de la réservation. Trajets entre st pancras et hotel, perturbé par des pannes de train et un déviation bus (jour de match). - nous avons reçus un msg a 15h le jour de notre arrivé. Comment voulez-vous anticiper le jour meme sachant que train était deja réservé à ce jour. Le msg indiquait d’arriver avant 11:30. Pour 15min de « retard » (que nous avons au passage signalé lors de la réservation de l’hotel et APPROUVÉ) réservation ANNULÉE + nous avons du attendre 10min qu’une personne vienne nous ouvrir la porte + PAYER 50£ pour la chambre. - longueur du lit : trop petit - pas de shampoing - oreillers avec des taches - sachet de sucre ouvert

It was reasonable. And clean/tidy. Manager was nice and right there when we wanted to check in.

It was very warm in the room although a fan was provided. And the skylite was allowing light in the room so we woke early.
