Pues nos enfado y molesto muchísimo que cuando llegamos y nos dieron la habitación. No la habían limpiado, estaba todo sucio con bolsas de basura, las camas sin sábanas. No tenían nuestra habitación lista pero nos habían dado las llaves sin saberlo ellos. Cuando acudimos a recepción para tener una solución, la única solución que nos dieron era irse a dar una vuelta y que nos limpiarian la habitación en una hora. Eso no es lo que esperábamos del alojamiento más caro que hemos pagado en Tailandia.

Nice rooms and a very nice public area. The location is right by the sea (although a beach is missing) and it is quiet. A lovely area 10 minutes outside of everything else.

It's a little bit difficult to find the lobby and the impression of going to the rooms is not so nice.

I’ve stayed there before a couple of times. It’s a nice condominium complex in a good location.

The condominium drastically lacks maintenance. The pool side has 3 Sun loungers in total. The water in the pool is not cleaned often enough. The WiFi stopped working after 3 days. But lack of maintenance is the biggest downfall. I returned to my room one day to find the sink blocked, with greenish water standing in. No notice, no nothing. Upon inquiring at the reception I was told to swap rooms. On my penultimate night as they weren’t able to deal with a blocked sink. Also how did it get blocked? It was fine when I left the room. And then on the last night I was woken up at 1:30am by a strange noise . Someone was trying to open my door with a key. There is no security latch in those rooms. By the time I got to the door, it opened. There was a very confused couple standing there. They must have got a wrong floor/ room but they were as shocked as I that there were able to open someone else’s room with their key. Needless to say, I didn’t get any more sleep that night. I was terrified.

besser fragen was nicht gefallen. 1) die Unterkunft lt. Panwa Sunset the Pixels. es gibt keine richtige Beach dort, nur ca. 100 meter. The pixels hat ca. 60 bis 70 Apartments. die Firma Sunset hat dort ca. 15 bis 20 apartments gemietet, die sie als Holiday flats vermietet. Die anderen aparments dienen als Selbstnutzung oder werden ebenfalls vermietet. 2) einchecken okay 3) Bei betreten der kleinen Wohnung keine Moebel vorhanden Tisch oder sofa/Stuehle. wurden spaeter am naechsten Tag nachgeliefert. 4) kein Internet im Apt. uebrigens im gesamten Umfeld sehr schlechte Verbindung. 5)Sauber aber Bad erste Spuren von Schimmel. Ventilator funktionierte nicht, das wahr- scheinllich schon laenger.6) Fruehstueck wurde im Nachbarhaus serviert, aber haupt- saechlich fuer Chinesen und Japaner. Es gab keine Messer die Butter oder Marmelade musste man mit Loeffel oder Gabel bearbeiten. Bei Nachfrage am ersten Tag kuckte man mich gross an.(einwenig thai kann ich schon und weiss was Messer auf thai heisst.) an den folgendenTagen bekamen wir dann die Messer aber immer nur auf Nachfrage. Fruehstueck war sehr schlecht. 7)Uebriegens die Unterkunft zu finden ist sehr schwerig zu finden. ich hatte ein Auto gemietet da ich bereits schon einmal fuer laengere Zeit in Phuket gelebt habe. Die generelle Richtung war bekannt, aber als dann spaeter um die finale Suche ging wurde es heikel. auf mehrere Anfragen wurde ich von einer Beach zur anderen verwiesen. Mittlerweile waren ca.2,5 Stunden vergangen und es wurde langsam dunkel. Selbst Taxifahrer kannten angeblich die Strasse etc nicht. Bis eine lokale Dame mit dem Handy auf ihre Webseite ging. Dort fand sie eine Eintragung von einem Gast am Pullman Hotel vorbei fahren und dann in ca. 500 meter finden sie die Unterkunft. Es gab kein Strassenschild (was in Thailand nichts ungewoehnliches ist) nur das Schild PIXELS fiel mir in der Dunkelheit in die Augen. Fuer Europaer nicht zu empfehlen.

Good location

Its a condominium that turned into a hotel. Hotel and condo guest use same facilities.
