The flat is clean and has everything you need.Bed is super comfy and both tv’s have Netflix and fast internet access. Secured parking, nice building.

Te piden un depósito de garantía de 150 libras que luego te lo devuelven ,cuatro días después de salir en mi caso El lugar estaba sucio ,suelos demasiado sucios. Polvo por todos lados Las toallas estaban manchadas con algo marrón. Y no nos cambiaron las toallas ni nadie hizo la limpieza El lugar estaba con mucho ruido, se escuchaba la gente que entraba por los pasillos ,los vecinos en el techo caminar y una casa en construcción frente al alojamiento Cuando se utilizaba el agua caliente la caldera hacía demasiado ruido parecía como si le fuera a suceder algo. Muchas cosas estaban deterioradas

Spacious and very neat. Will be booking again, definitely. Also, it's a very good value for money

The staff, especially the contact person was a bit rude but then, the property was amazing so that's manageable

We never stayed they cancelled on us at last minute as I would not provide ID documents to a random mobile number & not via the booking.com app. We ended up staying in the car at last minute.. because they refused to find us alternative accommodation. We had paid in full so the booking was non refundable & we couldn’t cancel. Never felt so bullied with messages going back & forward. Shocking experience for a seasoned traveller. In fact disgusting..However I know my rights. Got a refund from booking.com thanks to them. This additional ID that they asked for was not in their T&C’s or their policy stipulated on the app. Of which I reminded them over & over again. Had it been on their app description I would have never booked. I don’t mind providing documentation within this app but not to random numbers. Even offered to bring ID with me however they refused. Absolutely disgusting & booking.com should penalise them accordingly. BE AWARE. You are constantly warned on this app to use & communicate within it as it’s secure, which i did to the deterrent of them cancelling my booking at last minute. I’m glad we never stayed upset is an understatement before even arriving. Warning don’t send anything to random mobile numbers or emails communicate via the app it’s the safest way to book. This won’t stop me from using booking.com as non of it was their fault & they swiftly communicated with me without me even contacting them & refunded the stay we never had.
