Amazing place with all the amenities of home. Very clean and in a perfect location for traveling to the keys.

Chose weekend getaway to celebrate three birthdays with some sun and relaxation. We all needed some down time to unwind and destress. What a better way but to relax with some swimming, snorkeling and fishing. This place was exactly what we needed! It was clean, had what we needed and close to what we wanted to do. We already have other friends wanting to know where we stayed so they can make plans come here as well. It was almost perfectly planned!

The place needs a little TLC. First floor love seat needs to be change since the middle was sunken, also matress in first floor bed , is in bad chape you can tell us old. And no closet storage it was disappointing, since I had to hang my clothes all ver the place . Everything else was ok.

The property was exactly what we needed. Communications before arrival were very informative and it allowed for an enjoyable stay. We really enjoyed that there were multiply common areas in the unit for us to lounge and gather.

We traveled with our family of 8. We have 6 kids ages from 7 years old to 16 years old. They LOVED this condo and how they had three stories, and each story had its own balcony. We all had ample room! Pictures are accurate description. It was triple digits outside and the a/c was working great! No carpet which was a plus for us with a child with allergies. We didnt realize how close everything is to this location. The marina is walking distance, key Largo fisheries restaurant up the road, Walgreens, Family dollar, starbucks, and Dolphins Plus you could literally walk too. We stayed for a week. Every day we went somewhere different down the keys until we got to Key West which is about 2 hours away. Host is easy to contact and responds promptly.

Place met all our expectations. Our group was looking for a place to relax and reconnect, and this was it.

Quiet, secure. Great home base. It had everything we needed. We fished, took snorkel trips, day excursions and came home to quiet and comfortable. Kids fished and swam while we relaxed in the evenings. Easy. Uber was quick and got checked thru the secure gates without issue. Half of our group that was left without a car got where they needed to go.

It’s a three-story house with beautiful decor me and my friend stayed here as a trip before we all left to college great complex several pools close by to good food I would definitely stay here again

The pools are nice the house was perfect we had three families total of 10 ppl

This is our second year to stay at this facility, a great place to stay.

The pool and playground were a big hit. The townhome was perfect, and the multiple patios were a big bonus. We would stay there again. The complex was quiet, clean, and had beautiful landscaping.

We had a great time. Amazing weather and calm water out to the reefs. Marine slip was excellent. Property manager was great to get ahold of for questions. Excellent communication. Thanks

We travelled with extended family some of which stayed two houses away. Theirs had been recently upgraded which really did make it quite superior to this house. I would suggest new sofas at least. There weee a few maintenance and cleanliness issues, and it was disappointing not to have a golf cart included.

The resort is nice- we enjoyed the pool, the lagoon/private beach, pier & kiddos loved the playground. To make this a 5/5 place, I would provide: -a broom or vacuum so guests don’t have to worry about tracking sand everywhere in the place -a sturdier mattress for the first floor pull-out bed -ironing board & iron -office drawer with pens,scissors,tape,sticky notes -the AC was pretty noisy but it does work quite well All in all, our week stay was nice and we would come back to the resort again!

Had a great time for a guys fishing trip. Central in Key Largo, has a Marina on site for boats, if you have one. Enjoyed the onsite amenities such as fire pits and grills. Owners posted an accurate description of the property.

Great location, lots of beds, AC worked well, parking was good, beautifully decorated. Wifi good, Smart TV. All amenities we needed

Great condo at a great property ideally situated in the upper Keys. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and attractions in the area.

The property was nice. We couldn’t believe there were no bathrooms by the pools and waterfront. The only downfall of the property.

We loved this property…The Kawama Yacht Club was perfect. Great location, beautiful lagoon, nice pools and an amazing space to view sunrise/sunset. The rental was clean and had everything that we needed. However, I would caution you to really look at the bed/person ratio closely. We only had 4 to our group and 2 had to sleep on couches. The bunk bed/trundle room was not comfortable for an adult to sleep. If we had been “couples” this would not have been an issue. Because there are 2 bedrooms with beds. AND—coffee pot needs upgraded. Very minor and few cons to this rental. I would recommend. Also to note….this was not an issue for us but to get to the main level of the home you have steep stairs to climb. No way to avoid it, my mother would not have been able to climb the stairs.

Nice roomy condo. Great rental agent. Great place with lots to do on site. Helps to have a golf cart, which we rented. Very noisy AC. Not nearly enough towels for 5 people.

This property was perfect! We were in Key Largo to scuba dive with several friends and family members. It had everything we could possibly need for our week stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and we loved having three bathrooms instead of everyone having to share one. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was very well stocked. The grounds were nice as well with great pools and beautiful landscaping. Definitely a 5 star place!

We had enough space, beds were fine! Even a mixer for Thanksgiving foods! Could use a towel refresh, they were thin and scratchy. Need more silverware. Love the living space. Great amenities in the complex!

Great stay!! It was a perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday with my family! We had an excellent time!

With 3 floors, several balconies and 3 bedrooms, there's lots of room to spread out. Plus a larger family room and dinning room for group meals. Kitchen is great.

GREAT HOUSE GREAT LOCATION

The unit is remodeled and very clean. We had 7 in our group and had plenty of space. Kiddos loved the pools. Could be a 5-star experience with a few improvements. - there wasn’t soap in each bathroom (unless you count a nasty soap dispenser with maybe a pump or 2 left of soap) - no trash bags anywhere to be found - no dishwasher soap - we were asked to wash the towels, but there was only enough soap for a couple of loads at most - A/C was leaking and we had to bail out the water to keep it from shutting off(A/C repair was sent out during our stay….. nice!!) - no additional bedding for the sofa bed (there are sheets, but that’s it) Overall, it was a nice place and we’d stay again, but everything above are little things that the listing says are included, but weren’t. Hence the 4-star review.

Excellent location, very quiet and beautiful.

This property was amazing. It was exactly what my family and I needed to relax and enjoy the Florida Keys. The Community the Home is in was beautiful and peaceful. The home was clean, the perfect size and had everything we needed to make this our home away while we stayed. The patios were perfect to start our day with coffee and end our day watching the sun set. Check in and check out was effortless. We highly recommend this property.
