The property was very stylish and clean. Fantastic power shower. Very well equipped kitchen, plus a few extra useful cooking ingredients to start you off and also tea bags, coffee pods and a pint of milk! Large TV with great free apps

Garage too slim to fit in a VW Golf so had to use on street parking at an extra cost.

The location was close to the Palace and town.The apartment was clean and well stocked the sofa in the lounge was comfortable Great tv with lots of channels.

The apartment was in need of some maintenance. The garage was very small we had a fiesta and only just managed with very little space for getting out of car.there are 4 flights of stairs to reach the apartment with no lights in stairwell so pitch black when returning at 8.30 in evening thank heavens for torch on mobile.Two windows in front bedroom wouldn't shut properly.the overhead shower doesn't work and tap in sink needs attention.A pint of milk for our arrival would have been a nice touch as is usually the norm in holiday rentals, and finally we had to ring an hour before our arrival as we hadn't received instructions to obtain key etc from booking.com which arrived on our 2nd and final afternoon.

Very central to Woodstock, close to Blenheim palace, looks new, very good decor

A lot of noise from the street. As we were just two we were able to use the quieter room. You could also hear the neighbours talking loudly (two ladies from upstairs) late at night. Would be a pain in summer if you had to have windows open to hear constant traffic outside. The stairwell also echos but given there is no internal doors, it is impossible to block out the noise while watching tv. Bed had indentations in them which was a bit annoying. Certainly must be older than the renovations in the flat! Lights in the hallway of the flat floor do not work. Bring a torch. The pots and pans and oven trays were heavily scratched and we were not comfortable using them. Not sure how it got scratched as no kitchen sponges were provided? Not enough hooks to hang towels or a towel rail which meant towels don’t dry quick enough in winter. The top shower knob was also loose. Parking was a garage with some car seats at the back which meant the car was at an overhang with the garage door on the bonnet. We were concerned about it scratching our car. As a dog friendly place we were surprised to get a text from the owner within 5 mins of our dog barking for a minute. Seems like they have very nosey neighbours. We also got a text at 9am the day before we were due to leave (24h) on check out instructions which was quite unnerving as we thought we had booked another night.

The location was perfect, a really short walk to Blenheim palace and into Woodstock. The apartment was modern, clean and had great quality bedding and towels. The host was really friendly and responsive and check in and out was easy with the keys in the lockbox. Our car was too wide for the garage but there was car parks conveniently located nearby. The apartment was well equipped and we’ll definitely be back!
