The rental rental was perfectly located, it was comfortable and quiet for our family. We had more than enough space and were pleased with all the attention to detail. All in all a great stay, 10/10!

This is the perfect location for anything you want to do in Gruene and the surrounding New Braunfels area. It is a beautiful place and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The beds are comfortable, and everyone had their own bathroom which is great when traveling with multiple families. We will definitely be back and will recommend this place to everyone I know going to the area. We received all instructions via text in a timely manner and it made the check-in/check-out process so easy. Looking to book, this is your place!!

Beautiful home and accommodations! Plenty of seating for the group and has everything you need. No true river access, but not a negative, just a misinformed. The location is close to everything for a New Braunfels vacation.

The condo was lovely and perfect. We had 9 people and it was not cramped. The only issue we had was it’s on the 3rd floor and the elevator was down all 3 days.

Our group of 8 had a great experience at this condo. We were able to enjoy the restaurants and stores by walking .4 miles to town. The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay and was very clean.

When arriving at the condo, the condo was very clean. Had lots of space to relax and be comfortable. Just like being at your own house. The location was fantastic. It was close to all the restaurants and the river. The condo was decked out with everything you need all I had to do was buy a few items at the store to stock up, food etc. I have a wonderful time at this location. I would recommend it to all my friends.

My family and I had a fantastic time. The home was beautiful, we had room for everyone very comfortably. The kitchen was great I had everything I needed to make meals for my family. The outside setting was wonderful to. My younger son and I got to go out and explore, we had so much fun. My older teens were able to go out and fish it was a place for all of us to enjoy. It was very family friendly. I got to wake up and enjoy coffee out on the deck and watch the deer just wonder the field it was absolutely relaxing and beautiful.

Beautiful condo right on the Guadalupe River. Having two stories made the space feel so open. It was perfect for our family. We will be back this summer to float the river!

Beautiful condo! The location was perfect. Tons of shopping and things to do in Greene and many are within walking distance. The river was beautiful!

Amazing property. More than enough room for all. Great layout and very relaxing stay. So close to Gruene and attractions that we walked there. If you drive it is less than a minute away. Elevator is a great addition as one of the our family members couldn’t walk upstairs. Thank you for the amazing experience.

The home was very clean. The elevators only worked on Friday which was very inconvenient on Sunday dragging luggage down 3+ flights of stairs. Also we did walk to Gruene, however, there is not a walking path so it was a little dangerous at night. Overall the place was great!

This condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for a great stay!! So well appointed, spacious and close to the Gruene town square. We walked to town to shop and eat, but would easily be ready to access the river next door later this spring/summer! Will def be back!

The townhome is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend is provided. All the finishes are first class, the beds are comfortable, and our group of ladies really loved their stay!

Our stay was so relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furnishings and decor were simple and elegant. The couch was so comfortable. I really appreciated the extra blankets around, as it was nice to cozy up on the couch and watch a movie. The beds were very comfortable and the patio was amazing. I cannot wait to go back in the Spring/Summer and enjoy the easy river access and all the area has to offer.

The Condo had everything you need, from the Kitchen to the bathrooms. The place was very clean! The beds were so comfortable. It was in walking distance to the shops and restaurants!

Ten stars if possible! Spacious, beautifully appointed, extremely clean and located in prime location. I’ve been in many and rarely do you find such attention to detail in a vacation rental. You will be delighted with this one!

Our family had a wonderful time in Gruene! The new penthouse condo was amazing with all the amenities of home. Great location on the Guadalupe River rapids, and within walking distance to shops/restaurants and the famous Gruene Hall! We will definitely be back!
