Very nice accommodations. Comfy bed. Directly across street from Waco Suspension Bridge. Conveniently located to downtown and Baylor University. Check in was fast and easy. Front desk personnel friendly. Large beautiful bathroom and walk in shower. Will stay again.

Be aware that this hotel charges additional "property fees" above and beyond hotel incidentals and the hotels.com rate. Wasn't made aware of this until after my stay and I see the charge on my card. It's a nice hotel, very clean and the staff are friendly. But, extra charges were a negative for me. Let me know what I'm paying for. Don't surprise me! Not good.

Front desk was not approachable , no eye contact when checking out. We had opportunity to dine but staff seems not trained not even serving wine bottle , most staff was stretching g many times over bar.
In room bed was not steady and was squeaky on minimun movement , no maintenance after 6pm, no laundry service .

Nice larger room with new amenities. Filtered water on each floor, bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, lights under the bed, etc.
I would stay there again - close to river trails and the University. Lots of taxes per night which is annoying and they put a $75 charge per night for any incidentals which they do not tell you about. Ask for the printed receipt upon check out - I did not get mine via email.

I absolutely LOVED the hotel! The staff was second to none, from the front desk to the maid staff. Everyone was both professional and kind.

Overall, Cambria Hotels are always pretty nice. However, we were VERY disappointed to check in and find out that the pool wasn’t even finished yet. Hotels.com and their website show “pool” in amenities, but don’t note that it’s not operating. Honestly, pools can be a make or break for a summer trip in Texas heat. We had planned on lounging by the pool for a significant amount of time on that trip, so it was a big downside. I honestly wish we’d got a refund and gone elsewhere.

Staff was SO kind and friendly. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and very spacious. I was really impressed! The “sofa bed” was actually a twin size daybed—firm but comfortable bed. We will be back, y’all!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and very comfortable. The location is fantastic as well, easy walk over the suspension bridge to DT Waco, tons of shops and restaurants. The pool area wasn't quite finished while staying but it looks incredible.
Nothing remotely negative to mention, definitely would recommend to all!

This is a hidden gem. Beautiful new hotel with sophisticated decor and intriguing artwork. Absolutely top-notch service, dining, and comfort. Truly has the "wow" factor. Just as nice as any five-star hotel I have visited in metropolitan cities. Personnel are exceptionally helpful and intelligent.

New hotel, very modern but done cheaply. Staff pleasant, bar area nice. Room large but with cheap furnishings and very little bright lighting, shower/tub old fashioned for a modern hotel.
Only issue really was the ever present smell of poo in the room in the afternoons and through evening.
