Wow! I cannot say enough great things about this property! The house, pool and beach are even more beautiful in person which is hard to imagine! Our family was so comfortable here and it had all the amenities we needed and more! This place is amazing and we cannot wait to go back!

This property is the epitome of a luxury vacation. From the moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with a house that was impeccably designed, with beautiful furnishings, and breathtaking panoramic views that will leave you in awe. The property manager was very responsive and helpful, the house was very clean, and the pool/outdoor living area is literally to die for. I was also pleasantly surprised with how much there was to do within the town as well. My kids had a great time and weren’t bored once! We lacked nothing. This rental is the perfect blend of elegance and relaxation. It was an amazing trip and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here. In fact, I don’t think I’ll be back UNLESS I stay here! It was that perfect!!!! Ten out of ten!!!

We had the most amazing time in Exuma and we had the perfect house! The house is brand new, the pictures don't do it justice. You can tell they spared no expense from the robes, the thick and fluffy towels, to the custom yeti's & shot glasses they supplied. The beds were very comfortable and it was so nice to have such a large refrigerator and two washers and dryers. The pool was obviously a favorite, the kids would swim until 11:00 every night. The beach is absolutely wonderful and we barely saw people the whole week. Stay Exuma luxury rentals is definitely the place to stay! We can't wait to come back!

We had such a fantastic, relaxing vacation at this house. The views of the ocean from the pool & patio are incredible. The sand is smooth and great for walking barefoot. The house itself was beautifully decorated, the beds were super comfy, and the kids especially loved the bunk beds. The kitchen had top tier appliances and cookware, I especially appreciated the big fridges! The pool, comfy outdoor seating, and outdoor grill/kitchen were used pretty much every night and we seemed to have the nights to ourselves. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants and a grocery store is just a short drive away so it is very conveniently placed. The owner couldn’t have been friendlier and responsive. It was a beautiful home on a gorgeous, safe island with breathtaking views and amazing food. We’ll definitely be back!

I loved staying in the beautiful vacation home, Island Time, on the gorgeous island of Exuma. It is by far the most stunning place I have ever been to and stayed at. Island Time was such a comfortable home and it had all the amenities you could possibly need or want. I enjoyed the fantastic ocean views from both inside and outside of Island Time. I also spent a lot of time relaxing in and around the pristine pool enjoying those fabulous views. There was only one problem, I wasn’t there long enough! But I will be rebooking soon for next year!

Our whole experience was absolutely amazing - I will start from the beginning. We arrived in GGT midday and after suffering the horrors of modern air travel, we were greeted by our cars being ready for us right outside of the customs office. I think we walked 30 feet. Our host set everything up - all we had to do was sign some quick papers and we were on our way. After a short and scenic 15-20 minute drive, we arrived at “island time”. Upon entering the home, we were greeted by the amazing decor, a modern kitchen, a stocked fridge (ask about this service - it’s great) and the AMAZING view. The house was everything you see in the pictures and more. All 4 bedrooms are master suites with the large front 2 facing the ocean. The back 2 bedrooms are very nice as well. These rooms also boast bunk beds in addition to their primary beds. The pool area is wonderful. My wife really enjoyed the shallow area where you can lay in the sun and still lay in the cool water. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for our steak and lobster dinner night as well as casual conversation and drinks all day. One of our favorite features were the clear bottom kayaks. Man were these fun. There are several reef areas you can reach. We also utilized a boat charter that was recommended by our host and it was an amazing time. We have stayed on exuma many times, but I think we finally found our go-to vacation rental. Thank you, Paul and team, for making our vacation so special.

Our family couldn't be happier with our decision to rent Island Time, it is probably the nicest house we have ever rented. The house was stocked with everything we needed... not that we stayed inside much. The outdoor space was perfect, from the Gazebo, lounge chairs, pool chairs, grill, and the clear Kayak & paddle board (huge hit with the whole family). We will definitely be coming back!

We loved this vacation! House is gorgeous, super spacious and equipped with everything needed. Beautiful pool and awesome lounge chairs, right on the beach. And the beach is breathtaking!!! We loved our morning walks after coffee, and late afternoon walks to get drinks from Peninsula Bar or Coco Plum Bistro. Everything was amazing!

As a busy professional desperately needing to reconnect with my family and friends, Island Time was an absolute blessing. Nestled amidst the breathtaking beauty of the Exuma waters, this property provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach and pool were nothing short of spectacular, offering a serene backdrop for relaxation and rejuvenation. I found myself frequently drawn to the pool, where I could leisurely soak in the mesmerizing views while unwinding from the stresses of work. What truly set Island Time apart, however, was its impeccable balance of amenities. There was just enough to keep the family entertained, from water sports to beachside lounging, yet not so much that it detracted from the simple joy of spending quality time together. It allowed us to create memories that will undoubtedly last a lifetime. In essence, Island Time provided the perfect setting for me to slow down, reconnect with my loved ones, and savor every precious moment. It's a place where time seems to stand still, allowing you to truly appreciate the beauty of life and the people who matter most.

Finding the perfect vacation spot for my husband and I is always a top priority when leaving our little ones behind, and let me tell you, this house absolutely nailed it! From the moment we arrived, the stunning views of the ocean had us all in awe, and the crystal-clear waters were breathtaking. The spacious layout of the house provided plenty of room to relax and enjoy one another. The host was incredibly responsive to all our needs and my 100 questions, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfection. If you're looking for a place to create lasting memories, look no further! We will definitely be back with the kiddos!

This was my second trip to Exuma and this was better than the last trip. I loved this house and the location was awesome. It was only 5 minutes to the golf course at Emerald Bay and close to many restaurants that were great. The house was beautiful and it was as if they thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kids loved the see through kayak. The view and beach never gets old. The host was great to work with and his information he provided of things to do and places to go really helped us relax and have fun. This won’t be my last to time Exuma, and I will definitely book with Paul again!

We have stayed in Exuma several times and this house far exceeded our expectations, the pictures online don't do it justice. The pool and beach were just a few steps apart and it was apparent that no expense was spared by this homeowner. The house looked like it was straight out of a magazine. Paul was able to provide some new restaurant recommendations and was easily accessible if we had any questions. The location was great and I would highly recommend this house for your stay in Exuma!
