Large rooms with a king size bed. They cleaned our room daily and we got new towels when we asked for it. You can get an extra towel at the pool. The food is amazing. You should really try the pilau.

Not really a negative thing, but the pool is freezing cold (September).

I was pleasantly surprised about everything at the hotel. The entire staff (from reception to kitchen to cleaning) were ALL so very nice and courteous and helpful. The pool area was great. The hotel was nice (looks like it was recently built). My room was nice (balcony, large bathroom), very clean, great wifi, and plenty of hot water. Also, It was a quick ride to the bus station (which I took from Arusha to Nairobi, on Impala Shulttle).

The staff was very helpful, I was working as digital nomad at the hotel and the experience was great. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel for people who comes to Arusha for first time. The location is very convenient as well.

I love the personalized service of The Green Mountain and Greenside Hotel properties! As a frequent visitor to their hotels, they upgraded me to a nicer room. Also, I needed to visit a hair salon, and they took care of all the arrangements for that, including escorting me to the salon and making sure they had a functional generator since the power was out in the city. This type of customer service is what keeps me coming back. The management and staff are exceptional! Also, as a vegan, I appreciated the fresh and homemade veggie burger. it was delicious!

A/C was not installed yet and it was rather hot in the room. However, they said that it was being installed soon!
