Did not stay at this property due to not being able to accommodate foreign travellers (not clear on booking.com)

Proximity to the business location. Breakfast is good. Food delivery to the room was good, but not prompt, I ordered a non-vegetarian combo, but apparently some dishes in the combo were not available, so I was given a vegetarian substitute dish.

The room itself, the cleanliness, the sheets were not changed and smelling, the bedsheets and the pillow sheets were not changed, and probably not changed for multiple bookings. The sheets were stinking and unclean and full of marks and are quite evident that these are unwashed. The bathroom didn't have brushing kit and the towels looked like unchanged from the previous booking. There was only one towel and the towel is kind of wet, indicating that it has been used earlier.

Great experience. Comfy rooms.
