An enjoyable bottle of red wine was included on arrival. There was a breakfast basket available with milk, butter, jams, peanut butter and vegemite and a selection of porridge for breakfast. There were also a loaf of bread, eggs and little packets of chips and sparkling water in the fridge for later.

A property manual with information was not available. You had to work out how to use the heater, dishwasher, oven etc. Not a huge problem if you understand how all these things work but instruction manuals do assist the process. We did encounter several issues in the first 3 hours of arrival which were quickly sorted by the property owner. These could easily have been avoided.

After a very long day, including 5hrs work and a total of 8.5hrs of driving, Elm Cottage is exactly what I needed to walk into. It was a very welcoming and a comfortable feel from the moment of opening the door, welcomed with snacks and a nice bottle of wine 👌. Completely happy. Such a lovely stay. A home away from home to a T.

Loved the Cottage, the location, garden , we all thought it was fabulous

All 3 of us couldn't get Internet, we all had different providers. . Thought there should be a booklet on how to operate heating etc
