The location is ideal to go to with small children (only house with direct access to the beach). The grandparents found it wonderful, the kids had a great time. Top. One small point for improvement: the kitchen could do with some more glasses, plates etc... for larger families. I wish I was still there!

This is our third vacation at the beach villa in cabo roig, we love it here the location is amazing!! We are a family of 7 from Norway , we like the space this villa has with different inside and outside areas so we can all do separate things if we like. The children love the ping pong and table football and wifi and hanging out on the beach . There are some good local restaurants and a big supermarket within walking distance. We eat out 3 or 4 times during the week and for the other days we stay home and BBQ (good meat available from local supermarket) and just relax in the garden with some wine and listen to the ocean , it is always a pleasure to visit this house , we have already booked for 2015 thank you jk villas

We had a lovely time just hanging round the villa and being able to allow the children to go to the wonderful beach below. A great coastal walk/run and lots of spots to snorkel. We didn't hire a car, however the Cabo Roig strip is a fair walk (30 mins) and the supermarket (15 mins) which is not easy in the heat carrying heavy shopping. Taxis were quite hard to come by so we didn't get to explore the area too much. The villa itself is in a prime location, and although was clean and tidy, it could do with a bit of maintenance. Linen and pillows were sparce and some not suitable for very hot weather and the towels were tired and worn. There was not even enough cutlery for all of us to eat at once. However saying that these are minor details and certainly didn't affect our enjoyment too much, just a bit annoying. Although I think things like this are reflected in the price. Am missing the amazing views and sounds of the sea. Would definately return but would take some home comforts next time. Thanks Kerry!

The terrace was the main meeting point and we spend there houres just starring at the sea:), talking, playing games in the evenings. Weather was nice. Kids loved the place as the yard is so large and they could run around all day long. Had a little bit of trouble with dust wich came from building next door witch was build there. But once the building will be finished it will make no disturbance at all. Having a car makes a live easier as we had to do groceries a lot for cooking mainly at home but otherwise we spend most of the time at villa and did'nt want to leave the place at all. Especially likked being able to do your own thing. Used the barbecue most days which was also great. Would recomend this Villa for any age group, but if you are elderly and do not want to walk far you will need a car. Hi Kerry Thank you for your mail. We got home safe, and left the villa around 10 o'clock in the morning. One or two persons had to do a bit of shopping in Alicante on the way to the airport, as all shops were closed the day before. We all injoyed the week in the villa and also the view from the villa. It is a very nice place, and I think, that my dauther allready is planning the next vacation with family and some friends to go to this place. So you might hear from us again. Best regards Kjeld

Spent a lovely week at the villa with some friends and their family, age range 7 years to 42 years. Great location if you love the beach, was lovely to hear the waves - very peaceful. Would definately benefit from having a bigger pool (which I hear they are trying to install ready for next year) although the splash pool was great for cooling off in and for the younger children it would have been nice to swim a few lengths. Local supermarket only 7 mins walk and few bars and restaurants about 10 mins walk. Cabo strip is a good 20-25 mins walk away. Would go again - loely part of Spain.

this villa is excellent value for money,in a great location,splash pool was an absolute godsend for our kids because we didnt have to worry about our girl not being able to swim,villa was very clean and the changeover was excellent, highly recommended

Our family spent two superb weeks in this excellent house on the beach,we were from 11 to 71 years old and all loved it and will be back.Kerry saw too it that we had every thing we needed and the service was perfect.If you are looking for the perfect summer house for the family on the beach than this is it. This villa is ideal for beach lovers and has beautiful sea views. The villa is very large and has a good plot ideal for children to run around. It's very secure and I felt relaxed that my children were safe in this property. The only negatives are that as it only has a small splash pool if you prefer to be round the pool rather than on the beach everyday. However, our children are small so it was just the right size for them! The villa feels a little tired but was very clean and has everything you need for a great holiday. One last note, there is a large building project going on next door to this villa which is not ideal if you are looking for total peace and quiet!
