I like the location because I was able to find another place to stay quickly when the staff assigned to this place was not available on my arrival to check me in.

I did not like the absence of staff at reception. The difficulty in contacting them while I was waiting at the lobby where the building reception couldn’t help me. The total lack of interest of the person behind the published phone number that I tried to contact. I was pressed for time as I indicated in my messages to them prior to arrival because I had meetings and needed the room immediately so I can refresh from travel prior to meetings. No one was there to help me get to the room. I left to find another accommodation.
