Friendly staff that welcomed me despite late arrival.

Very noisy hotel, old-fashioned windows let in all street noises, subway noises, airplanes and people shouting in the street below, even though I was on the fourth floor. Forget about getting a good night's sleep.

Good central location.

I ate elsewhere, cereal and coffee didn’t look good. Exterior could have been cleaner, no parking, had to park in BJ’s parking lot two blocks away. Very noisy in the morning.

Very good location with shopping malls and restaurants around it. A no frill hotel with reasonable price and clean room.

The noise from the road can be heard very clearly. Better soundproofing against the street can really benefit the experience.

I liked the cleanliness of the hotel rooms. Room service was excellent and took care of the room every time we asked for it. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Hotel is within walking distance of the train station (approx. 10 min)

Everything was good

You really can't complain unless it's just your thing. They hit all the marks on comfort, convenience, value, amenities, and location. Checking in was effortless. Staff was friendly and competent. The rooms quality was excellent. Clean, fresh modern feel to it. I even did my standard wipe down over basic commonly used surface area, outlet socks, head boards, some walls, mirrors, caddy racks, side of bed, toilet and mirrors, and my Clorox wipes returned very little if at all, any dirt grim or dust. House keeping does an excellent job. Room was very comfortable, loved the water bottles they provided. Wifi was excellent, no signal drops at all. No problems adjusting room controlled temperature to stay comfortable day or night. Heating system worked exceptionally well. I almost hate to say anything bad about this hotel but there are a few snafus that I must mention. At night it can be noisy from people talking loud, bumping around in the halls. I would recommend it to anyone traveling, always carry noise cancelling earphones buds. They saved me from having some sleepless nights since the rooms aren't sound proof. There were a couple of times I smelled cigarettes? If not something similar and needed to open the window for ventilation. Other than that bathrooms extremely clean. Plumbing and water pressure were excellent. Just adjust that hot water or you might get scalded. TV was exceptional and provided enough options to be entertained. All andand all at this price point you can't beat the comfort, amenities and location and would dare you to try. Wonderful hotel and I hope to visit them again this year.

A bit loud at night. Sometimes I could smell cigarettes or something that smelled chemical like it. Water can get extremely hot, pay attention to the dials when using it or you might get scalded.
