Felt like home

Nice and clean but they advertise that they had a good breakfast a pool and a hot tub and none of that was true I would have went down the road 2 minutes and got better

Bed and pillow not to bad. Breakfast.. No!!!! Coffee was instant.🙄 Was very noisy late night and early morning

Their staff is excellent and welcoming.

Hotel Staff was friendly. Bed was really soft. Our issue was the kids that were allowed to run around and make a lot of noise until 2 in the morning.

Every staff employee was absolutely friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was ice cold

Employees were not in uniform, were very under dressed for work. Front desk person wearing an inappropriate shirt which I had to shield my children from. Body language of staff did not reflect those in a hospitality position.

This property is about 35 minutes from Sedona. Possibly caught the hotel in the process of renovation. The pool was not open.

All of the staff was super friendly and overly accommodating. One lady working the front desk even turned on a television station for my kids to enjoy while eating breakfast. The room was clean and nice. My only complaint was that the mattress left a lot to be desired. Both my husband and I had a terrible night's rest due to our backs becoming sore.

Good stop off point for a trip to Sedona or to hike the local Camp Verde trails.

A good place. But no elevator and grody stairwells. The room was comparatively clean and in good shape.

The hotel staff were nice. The area was pretty quiet, except for a very low helicopter and police going by at night. The room was clean, but had a smell when we first walked in. Leaving the window open took care of that problem. The beds were soft and so were the pillows. I had to double up the pillows as I'm used to a more firmer pillow. No noise from the neighbors except someone arriving around midnight and letting their door slam multiple times. A nice hotel, but if I were to stay in the area again, I'd consider one of the other options nearby first.

Convenient location, super friendly and helpful staff. No protein at the breakfast, beds were too soft.

A/C worked amazing. Rooms were clean but not worth $180 a night imo. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was sparing and really lacking if that’s something you look forward to. Overall was a good stay but wasn’t worth the price tag. I would only stay here again if passing through without any other options..
