El Verde is a WONDERFUL place to enjoy peace, quiet and serenity. The balcony patio offered a beautiful view of the gardens and golf course and provided a great place to visit and relax.

Convenient and quiet place to stay for balloon fiesta. Quick access to local shopping and restaurants and about 15 minute drive to the park. A bonus was having several balloons land on the golf course during our stay.

We booked this hotel on a long travel day between TX and CO. It was hard to find a place that was dog friendly but still looked like a nicer accommodation. Hotel El Verde was great. It was clearly newly redone and very clean. The front desk staff were very nice and while we only stayed for one night the art throughout to common spaces was very nice ! Would highly recommend staying here 🙃

The bed was awesome imo. I don't get that too often. Everything seemed overpriced honestly but for its location, I see why. I didn't stay here for recreation or pleasure but for making work easier to start. The bar prices were decent. Pretty good selections! I might stay again next year and might try to golf maybe. Only because it works with what I'm doing.

Such a cute inn, I stayed here with my partner and it was so comfy! Everything was amazing, but I will say that my partner said he said the shower wasn’t able to get very warm, but other than that 10/10. They were also very accommodating, check-in was seamless!

Really enjoyed our stay. Sitting out under the grape arbor was great. View of golf course and mountains to the east was lovely. We walked the border of the golf course and daytripped to good food, poits of interest, etc.
Adding a small microwave, towel hooks on batroom door and maybe small chest of drawers under tv would be great additions.

Small, quiet boutique hotel overlooking golf course. Newly remodeled. Lighted patio/courtyard was a great place for a glass of wine. No restaurant on site but patio dining next door at golf club was great.

I loved the property. Only a couple of shortcomings. There are no drawers or cabinets in the facility. The lighting were dark. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable, shower was great, and service was extremely friendly

What a lovely hotel. We found it by chance and were very happy with our stay. We had a very pleasant, very clean and cozy room. You can also spend time in the garden in the evening or in your own seating area in front of the room. The hotel has only recently been lovingly renovated with a lot of focus on beautiful and practical details. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really felt very comfortable and will gladly return.

We absolutely love El Verde! The lobby is beautiful and we fell in love with all the artwork on the walls. The whole place is very modern and chic, with unique and special details throughout. The room is well stocked with most anything you would need from a hotel. We were traveling light and appreciated the amenities in the room. The room was very clean and well taken care of (nothing broken or out of date). The staff was very kind and helpful, though no issues arose during our stay. We will definitely come back if we are in Albuquerque again!

My wife and I, and other family members LOVED this property. Was a B & B, since Oct 2023 a 16 unit hotel. Fully remodeled. We have family living nearby in NW Albuquerque. We will stay here EVERY visit to this area!!! 5 STARS! Matthew R.

Nice small clean place. No guest ice machine. You have to ask staff. One microwave in the lounge. No elevator so 2nd floor is stairs only access.

We absolutely loved this small 16 room boutique hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful! Room 16 was modern, had nice amenities and was tastefully decorated. The bathroom fan was crazy loud, however! If they don’t repair it and you stay in this room, apparently one just has to tap on it to quiet it down. Other than the fan, everything else was perfect!

We decided to try the El Verde to see family in the area. The room did not feel safe - windows could not lock completely, door lock small, use last 4 digits phone to get in, no staff after 10 pm.
Very rowdy group from resort at restaurant/bar in same complex.
Looked like barf on walkway by our room.
We asked to have the room cleaned early the next morning. We came back in the evening - nothing was touched. Front desk confirmed we were on list to be cleaned but nothing.
Lots of traffic noise, revving engines.
No real amenities. Expensive for what we got. Not asked how are stay was. We will not be back.

The room was recently redone and the quality of the furnishings was lovely- the rug, towels, and bedding were particularly nice (I’ve never wanted to walk around a room barefoot before). There were a few quirks like no towels left by the shower, needing to ask the staff for ice, tiny water bottles in the room, and very uncomfortable chairs on the balcony, but nothing that negatively impacted the stay. Once the courtyard is done, it will be a lovely place to relax.
One downside that I would note is the lack of soundproofing. Until about 10pm, the noise from the street was really loud, it was easy to hear anyone speaking outside of the I rooms, and the noise from the country club carried pretty loudly into the room. Otherwise, it was a delightful stay and I would happily go back when in the area again.
