Great stay!

Very comfortable beds nice rooms

This hotel is fine for a quick stay close to the airport. The room was clean. The area in the immediate vicinity can be genuinely scary at night.

The staff was very service minded and always smiling. The room smelt like sigarettes and had a couple of bugs crawling around. The floor was very dirty, but that might be an american thing if they use shoes inside. The towels and sheets were clean and nice. This place has very good location, close to the beach and easy to get around since it's on lincoln blvd.

We arrived and were somewhat skeptical to the outside looking of the hotel, and questioned if we really wanted to stay there. But once inside, everything was perfect: Staff were super customer friendly, very security oriented, and helpful by all means. Room was excellent and had all we needed plus. Very convenient and safe car parking in garage. Highly recommended.

It was comfortable, a one night stay before a competition, we were rested and satisfied with our accommodations. We got a good deal for that weekend, this place is not always as afordable as deal we got thi time.

Clean and quiet room. Close to airport and Santa Monica pier.

Service was nice and efficient. Love the underground garage parking. Location was nice besides the homeless around and the outside appearance of the hotel. The pictures online do it way more justice than what reality entails

No breakfast like advertised and picture has been photo shop no actual present.

okay but not inpressing

I went to turn my tv on and I couldn’t watch anything because it said the cable wasn’t hooked up. The surrounding area didn’t feel safe at night. I feel like this hotel was priced too high for what it was.

Staff is friendly

This place is nasty do not go here. It looks nothing like the picture.

The pics online did not match what the hotel actually looks like. My hubby spilled some water on the floor, used a white hand towel to wipe it up & it was black! Our floors were absolutely disgusting!! Do not walk barefoot there!! So gross! What else are they not cleaning?!

I stayed for 2 nights, the room was renovated and clean, and the staff was kind, I recommend it

It was very dated. Not the cleanest. Very dirty outside. A large cockroach was in the room.

It has everything protective the garage to park with the key card that is cool I will come back next time!

Got a great room for a low price. Clean and renovated. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the TV was stuck on one channel. Few other small complaints but it’s a nice and cheap place to say so overall I was pleased.

They switched rags and towels everyday

Room smells, pillow covers were not changed. Had to carry luggages to the upper level. No coffee machine or kettle in the room. When asked to switch room, answered no room available on the first floor. Close to the beaches and lots of restaurants around. Traffics

I was unable to stay there because I got a phone call that my grandson had terminal cancer and I needed to go home. I did not receive my payment back. They said sorry and that was it. Terrible customer relations! They didn’t even bother to listen…..just NO!!!

The bedroom was clean, newly renovated, very comfortable.

We are a family of 5 and we stayed one day and night at this Inn, we needed to be close to LAX for our flight the next day and wanted to explore LA for the day. This Inn, while not in the best area did not seem unsafe and we never felt in danger. We have also lived in Brooklyn NY and Jersey so your own perspective may vary :). The lady at the desk was friendly and we were actually able to check in early which was so unbelievably helpful and safer for all our stuff. The room itself was spacious and clean and with two TVs the adults and kids didn't need to fight over the remote. This is a no frills inn, there is a small kitchenette but you'll need to bring your own utensils. Small fridge was helpful and there were a few vending machines outside our room. They provide free soap and shampoo and the bathrooms had a cool smart mirror. The cleaning ladies did a great job and were friendly and full of smiles. We will definitely be back when we come to LA again.
