Good place for the price. Clean and safe. No frills, just the basics.

The bedroom was clean, newly renovated, very comfortable.

It was simple and nice place but didn't have anything in the room, not even a hairdryer. The closed garage was a plus

The place next door to the lincoln Inn is actually a halfway house for the homeless. The lyft driver dropped us off there by accident and our sons bag got stolen right when we got out of the car. The security there couldnt help us, probably for his own safety. While.the lincoln Inn is safe and clean, the area around it, specifically on one end of lincoln blvd is homeless ridden. The room was clean, the AC was great, the bathroom was renovated and clean. The floors could have used a good clean,but overall it was clean. Also.there is no safe in the room for ur things if needed.

Nice

The building is on the main road and no dining within walking distance.

2 night stay in Venice California. Nice room with some renovations. Not far in car to Venice Beach, LAX airport etc. Comfortable bed. Decent size fridge/freezer, microwave however a kettle and toaster would be good additions.

Price is right and renovated.

Rooms were remodeled, nice, clean. No complaints about the property itself; just happens to be in a busy area, but was perfect for a one night stay.

We arrived at 1 am and there was no one to serve us, and there was a sign saying they would be back at 1 am, and unfortunately we had to sleep in the car until 8:30 am, terrible customer service, and they didn't refund the money for the day we didn't stay at the hotel.

Didn’t have clean sheets to give us. Imagine going to a hotel and they’re “out of clean sheets.”

First room was awful and the second one we tried to make it more durable by buying amenities from the local Costco. But for the price the location is really good

The rooms needs to be updated

Good value for the money. We opted for a cheaper motel since we just needed a place to sleep within walking distance from the beach, and had an overall great stay at Lincoln Inn. Spacious clean room with comfy bed and easy access to parking on the premises. Friendly staff. We felt safe walking to and from the beach both day and night, overall it was a great location for exploring the marina, the canals and the beach by foot.

Great all around

The rooms were really nice and clean - looks much better on the inside than it does from the outside. Only downside was that the room smelt stale and it was very noisy from people’s footsteps above and from doors slamming at all hours of the night. But it was a good cheap option in a good location.

No coffee machine!

The rooms have been done up very nicely. However the outside needs a touch up and then it would be really good.

I was surprised by the quality and cleanliness of the room. From the outside the hotel doesn’t look very nice nor does the check in office but the room was very clean and it has good modern furniture lacking in phone charging plug ins but nothing too bad. Although the bathroom vent light kept on flickering and we had an idea that the previous guest was a smoker We just opened the window and ac to blow it out and it actually aired it out but besides that it was a very comfortable stay. For the price and location it’s pretty good. I’ve stayed at places that are supposed to be better than this hotel and we’re dirty and not kept clean. This is perfect for those who are looking for a not too expensive stay but want some decency for cleanliness. Room 105

The motel looks very different ( worse) than on the pictures. It wasn’t terrible to leave or anything but I was surprised when I arrived.

The Lincoln Inn is much better than you might expect. Located on California 1 (aka, Pacific Coast Highway) you'd expect a lot of traffic noise, and the less-than-inviting surrounding neighborhood further lowers your expectations. However, a good job was done of insulating the rooms from the outside noise, and the room itself was actually quite nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable; the bathroom fixtures were new and worked well; the electrical system was modernized, so there are plenty of outlets; the A/C was effective and very quiet; and, at 25 - 30 MB/sec, the wi-fi outperforms most hotels at this price point. Throw in a super-nice and helpful staff, and my stay there far exceeded my expectations.

The parking area was a bit different but other than that it was a nice stay.

Good

The rooms are a decent size, could probably fit bigger beds in there. They only give you 2 towels which is a bit awkward amongst 3 people, having to share. The walls are very thin so lots of noise from your neighbors. Its close to the airport and Venice beach though, and comfortable and clean enough for a 2 night stay.

Parking

This place was so much more affordable than any others, so though it is a motel, it was a great value for its location in the heart of Venice. Nice staff, great cleaners, and great access to the city, the beach, the canyons, and everything in between.
