The hosts waited for me to arrive and welcomed me to the property. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean with a well stocked kitchen. Our daughter found the baby bed comfy

We had asked the hosts for more soap for the dishwasher and washer along with toilet paper but did not get any response back from them. I know it was where I could reach them as they were able to advise when the water was going to be shut off and they had asked when we were planning to depart. Also, there was only a limited amount of hot water, so we were not able to take showers at the end of the day.

Really lovely welcome, and good advice on where to explore in the area. Great location, near trams and buses but very walkable into downtown. Kitchen had everything you needed if you want to stay in and cook

slight wear and tear in areas, bathroom tiles a little dirty and could not get the TV to work at all (I’m sure if we had asked we could have however it wasn’t a major issue)!

There was no toilet paper in the apartment, it was not clean and there was no soap or shampoo(in booking it said that it's coming with)

The furniture and kitchen are nice. Close to beautiful buildings, restaurants and attractions in the centre of Bordeaux.

The apartment is actually on the second floor but no lift. The parking was terrible, it is an underground car park 5-8 minutes walk away. The designated car parking space on -6 level had been taken up. No telephone signal underground inside the car park which was very inconvenient. It was very time consuming and wasted a lot of my valuable time in Bordeaux. The host had no response to my text messages and phone calls at all.

The location is super central. The apartment has a lot of charm and is furnished in a very nice and modern way.
