We loved this area for when we stay in Branson. The beds were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed being able to cook every meal in the rental. Having a crockpot was great. We enjoyed watching the river all day.

The space was really nice and just right for my family. We loved having an enclosed space overlooking the water and spent a lot of time playing games and having coffee out there! The location was good. This unit is tucked FAR back from the road and amenities, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, as it was quiet with little to no traffic. However, we were there in the off season, so during the summer, being right across from the RV park and an outdoor pool will likely be a busier spot. The amenities are appreciated, but we didn't use them as much as expected, and the indoor pool and activities building is a 4 or 5 minute drive from the unit. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a mask and earplugs. The area is not loud, but it's a very open space and sounds carry a bit; and the curtains are not black-out. Just be prepared and you'll be fine! We very much appreciated that they stocked little extras (like cleaning supplies, games, some spices, paper products, etc.). We stayed in a place last summer that provided none of those things and it made for a pricey unexpected trip to the store! Overall, this unit was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Check in was super easy, location is close (but not too close) to attractions and activities, and we had a really nice, peaceful stay.

My teen & adult children joined me for a Thanksgiving get away and this condo did not disappoint! The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of dishes for our pre-cooked thanksgiving dinner. The sun room overlooking the river was stunning in the early mornings. It was centrally located near the lake and other wonderful Branson attractions. We had a fabulous time!

We loved waking up to our view outside the living room, drinking coffee and deciding what we were going to do for the day. Short rides to what we wanted to do and we loved that everyone had a king bed with their own bathroom.

Our condo was excellent - very clean and comfortable, with excellent view of the lake! Beautiful area and close to town. We appreciated the owners sharing with our family, and would enjoy staying there again!

This place was better than I thought it was going to be. They had everything clean and the place was very well stocked. It fit 10 of us very very well and we were all comfortable. Thank you so much! I would definitely recommend this to anyone with a big family

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was decorated very nicely. It would have been nice if there had been a few more basics staples In the kitchen such as coffee Creamer and Sugar at least. Otherwise, we had everything we needed including a floor fan And there was also a space heater.

Our stay was amazing. The condo was clean! The size was perfect. It fit all of us comfortably with out feeling like we were on top of each other. 9 total plus we had some visitors too. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Branson in the future!! The lay out was awesome!
I do wish there was a map or instructions with emergency plan. When we stayed there were big storms and tornadoes. And being on the second floor with no emergency plan or a storm shelter was a bit scary.
But all in all this was great!! Only about 10 mins from the main strip too!!

Every thing was exactly as described. Only issue was the temperature was 55 when we arrived!

Emailed the property manager 3 times (first time was the day before and day of travel on how how to get in to the condo and never heard back). Had to contact evolve to get info. Emailed 2 other times but never heard back. Pictures were a little deceiving but we still had enough room

Fantastic view, clean, enough room to fit the 8 of us comfortably. Ran out of dishwasher and washer machine soap. Would just rec. the company put a few extra out as well as a few extra blankets.

We met in Branson Missouri for a full filled week of shopping, shows, silver dollar city and Christmas lights. We had a fantastic time and the Condo was great. The men really enjoyed the sun room the watched the water and fishermen when us girls caught up in the living area. Everything we did was near by and easy to get to. We had everything we needed to fix meals snacks and just relax after a very day.

A great place to stay, off the beaten path but close enough to anything you want to do in Branson. Nice quiet location looking at the water from the sunroom and the trees in the front. Very clean, comfortable, a perfect home-away-from-home. Looking forward to staying there again. Thank you for sharing with us.

We met my sister & brother-in-law there (we're from Mississippi and they're from Kansas) for the week. It was so peaceful and once we learned the area, it was easy to get around. Someone complained about it not being clean, but it was VERY clean. We hope to return next year!

Great location, clean, quite., great view over the lake. Not far to anything in Branson. Will definitely come back. Only bad thing was the ice maker was not working but other that loved this place.

Condo location and amenities were good! Swam in the outdoor pool, which was very clean. There was a small wadding pool that we thought was a hot tub but it was not. The guys loved the dock and marine for fishing it was very convenient and very close to the condo. House was clean and I loved the sunroom to drink my coffee in the mornings, the view was beautiful and peaceful! Only complaint was I tried to reach out the The properly management company (evolve) a few times prior to our stay to see how we could Malle a couple of payments instead of all at once…never received a response or even an acknowledgment they received my messages…other than that it was great!

The property was a good location, had a good view, and was spacious. The floors were so dirty, I would venture to say they hadn’t been mopped in a long time. The bath tub upstairs doesn’t drain, there was a very strong smell when we walked in to find a leaky drain with a bowl full of nasty water under sink in kitchen, there were many holes in the walls, and things broken upon arrival (towel holder hanging off wall, shampoo holder in bathroom, toilet paper holder hanging off wall, holes in wall at bottom of stairs, etc.). The top of the two floating islands has so much dust and old teddy grahams on top that indicates it hadn’t been cleaned in a VERY long time. Wish the cleanliness and eye sores were taken care of. The smell was unbearable until we cleaned under the sink ourselves. Not what I was expecting.

We stayed here for 5 nights in July 2022. The condo was great! It suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and everyone had their own space. Check in and check out was easy! We came home one night to no electricity. I was able to get in contact with someone to find out if they had any information and she was very responsive! It was nice to be able to have that resource!
These are not negative comments, just observations for the next renter. The condo is on the 2nd floor. So be aware you have to walk up stairs. There is no elevator. It is also in the very back of the resort and the resort is fairly large. There is one pool directly across from the condo (although when we were there the water was very warm to the point we went to a different pool). The other pools are at the front of the property so you will have to drive there.

We loved the view of the water and the access to the dock. The condo needs some serious TLC. The floors were filthy, there was hair in the shower from the previous renters, several holes in the walls and the view from the upstairs balcony that looks over the kitchen shows just how dirty it is. The filters in the air conditioner were so dirty that the condo wouldn’t cool off. We called the property manager and it was fixed within a few hours.
The location was perfect for us. It’s quiet and the sunroom has a beautiful view of the water. With a good deep cleaning and a few minor repairs it would be a wonderful place to stay.

The amenities were great and the view was amazing! There were some bugs in the condo that we kept having to kill, but they probably flew in when we were entering the condo. The kitchen was a little outdated, and the beds a little firmer for our liking, but everything else was wonderful! We would probably stay here again!
